Stops shoe rubbing on my bunion.
Good, helps the pain a lot.

Great for total pain relief - simple but totally effective
I have only just realised that I have a bunion - a swollen toe joint - this issue makes it difficult to wear firm shoes so I had been switching to trainers, however with these plasters the pain was totally alleviated.

Excellent protection, great adhesion
The plasters are like a smooth flexible second skin, and provided you properly clean beforehand (I use meths) beforehand, stick very well. I think they are better than the oval foam pads as they are thinner, cause less friction with your sock or boot, and don’t overly increase the width of the foot, which if you have a bunion, is counter productive.

Il est vrai que les deux premiers pansements se sonbt décollés lors de la pose. J'ai tenté un troisième essai : le pansement n'a pas bougé depuis trois jours. A voir avec lesd deux qui me restent.
