The ball is perfect, top quality. Comes with 2 sealing bungs, so one kept as a spare. The pump, well that is useless. It was in 2 parts in the package and when put back together was terrible. It didn't pump the ball up at all. Used a bike floor pump with an adapter to inflate. So as it was the ball I wanted the product is perfect, but have an alternative pump available to inflate.

Pump is useless, broke within 10 mins. Honestly for such a premium priced product I've never had such a bad experience. Factor the cost of buying a different pump or adapter for a bike pump into purchasing this. If the other pump I've now ordered doesn't work this will be going back. Quality of the actual bosu ball seems good but since it's completely unusable without a pump it gets 1 star. I'd also add that the packaging looks like it's been through the wars, I'm guessing they get a lot of returns from people unable to pump the thing up

Keep it out next to you all the time

The Bosu ball is fantastic. Sturdy, with a great range of applications and so helpful for training. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the useless pump. For such an expensive item, you’d think the manufacturers could spend a little more in a pump that actually works. This falls apart on use and it was impossible to inflate the ball with it. Ended up buying a separate pump which was manual and similar to the one supplied with the ball but so much more robust and effective. Overall highly recommend the ball, but be prepared to buy a separate pump as looking at reviews I’m far from alone in having a poor pump experience.

I've been putting off investing in a BOSU ball for years! The times I've been in the best, slimmest shape of my life has involved training extensively with a BOSU ball. Call me high maintenance, but after training with a genuine BOSU in the gym for years, I couldn't bring myself to buy an off brand. I also was nervous about how much of a difference the home version of the ball was from the pro version, so I decided to splurge and just get the Pro so I knew I would be 100% happy with this investment. The Pro version is exactly what I used in my gyms. It is sturdy, quality, and easy to maintain. Mine came with the BOSU, a cheap air pump (does the job just fine), a DVD, instruction booklet and an exercise guide that is actually pretty extensive (not just exercises, but educational material as well). I highly suggest checking YouTube for some fresh BOSU ball workouts as well. There are a lot of options to help inspire you on how to best maximize your BOSU for the best results. My husband is driven crazy by me always repeating "why did I wait so long to do this!?!" It is such a great way to take a basic exercise and challenge your entire body simply by doing it standing on the BOSU. BONUS: The husband has back issues that make it very, very difficult for him to do any sort of working out (even low impact and body weight exercises). It is a catch 22 because in order to make it better without surgery, he needs to gain core strength. The BOSU has been a great tool for him. He is able to do upper body exercises on the BOSU while strengthening his core. The results have been strengthening without the pain that usually follows any type of exercise.
