Good product and as advertised
I was recommended to use L-Glutamine to help with possible leaky gut and fatigue. I am pleased that this product says it only contains L-Glutamine and does not include lots of other things/fillers as many other complementary products do contain. It is hard to say how effective/beneficial this has been as I've only taken it for 10 days so far and in a much less quantity than recommended to see how it goes as I am very sensitive to any form of 'medication'. So far, so good although usually supplements take a while to be effective. Always worth investigating possible side effects in case there is a reaction to any supplements. I like the fact that is it UK manufactured too.

Product works and no side effects.
Fantastic! Feel these have really helped my stomach issues(ulcer) and poor digestion and also energy levels, found them to be something I don't want to live without and doing a second order now, great price so why not give them a go! My only grumble would be the packaging I'd love to see something more eco friendly but that stands for most things now a days.

So far so good with L-Glutamine
Been taking these for almost 2 weeks so may be a bit early to notice results. However, I do feel more energised and positive so I'm happy!

Value for money
The best thing about these were the value for money and the way that they were packaged and they did exactly what they said. I was looking for these tablets and could not find them at the price that these were priced at. I would recommend these for anybody who is looking for Value for money

Well priced (at time of writing), and works as well as any l-glutamine I've taken in the past
Good price for the capsule count, definitely helps me recover better from workouts (can sustain 6 training days a week when using l-glutamine, have to fall back to 5 after a couple of weeks without). I tend to feel more benefit from capsule form rather than loose powder, though this could well be due to me always taking the powder in a drink and loosing some in the dregs. Certainly less hassle as capsules!

A quality product
Definitely helps a lot. My immune system usually is very poor but this has fixed me up for good. Touch the wood but im getting no cold no flue. Its just the dosage is too mush. I cant remember to take that many through the day.

More for muscle repair
Capsules a tiny bit bigger than I like..not been taking the pills so long yet so not sure of effects yet . Hasnt stopped sugar cravings yet though.
