Great value for the price. These Nicpro 1.3 mm mechanical pencils feel comfortable and solid when writing, and the thicker lead works really well without feeling too fragile. The set comes with plenty of refills, which makes it an even better deal. I was also impressed with the erasers. They are comparable to Staedtler erasers and work better than I expected for a pencil set like this. Overall, I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

Overall very nice. The black round eraser is quite hard and does not erase very well at all. The white rectangular erasers that come with the kit work quite well. Initially I erased with the black round eraser then went over with the white rectangular eraser but the black eraser is hard on paper, so now I just use the white rectangular eraser. Happy with set because the pencil feels good in the hand, thicker lead does not easily break, and good supply of leads. UPDATE: This is a fine writing pencil and after using it daily I am upgrading the review to 5 stars. I have the 1.3 mm and can put nice pressure when writing with bold lines. The only thing I will mention is that when the lead gets to 5/8 inch you can't put any pressure writing and I thought the clutch was malfunctioning, but once I put a new lead in it worked fine. And again I will mention the 4B soft eraser works well. I am ordering the 35 piece set with 0.5 mm, .7 mm and .9 mm pencils.

These pencils are awesome! They have good heft and feel great. Operate smoothly. Lead is dark and medium soft. Im using them for carpentry, and they work great.

A friend had these pencils and they work wonders! They come with colored graphite and they feel great in your hand. It is great for craftsmen, drafting, and other jobs requiring a sturdy pencil.

These are nice pencils and the black led works well. The Yellow and Red led hardly write on lined paper and were better on drawing paper

Love this full set of 3 pencil set. Includes erasers very effective to clean a page. The size is perfect for keeping with books. Very easy to use. No sharpening needed. Very suitable for kids. The lead does not break as easily as with regular pencils. Plus they can be used on damp paper when needed.

I buy the 1.3 mm because I like a thick lead. The lead doesn’t break that easily and the lead that they give you will last a couple of years. I think it’s impossible to not like these. They are an awesome product and very nicely priced.

I recently purchased the Nicpro 3 PCS 1.3 mm Mechanical Pencils Set, and overall I think it's a good set of pencils. It did take me a little bit of time to get used to them, but once I did, I found them to be very comfortable to write with. The weight distribution of the pencils is great, and the grip is very comfortable. The 1.3mm lead size is perfect for my needs. It's tougher than a 0.9mm lead and can handle writing on course surfaces and unlike a 2mm pencil it doesn’t need to be sharpened I also find that the thickness of the lead allows for a more bold and clear line without being too thick. One downside is that the weight of the pencil may take some getting used to. I like to keep my pencil in my hat, but these pencils are a bit heavier and tend to fall out. Despite the barrel being a plastic resin it seems very durable and I believe that they will last a long time if not abused. Overall, for the price, I am satisfied with this set of pencils and I may even purchase another set to have in more locations. If you are in need of a good set of mechanical pencils with a thicker lead, I would definitely recommend giving these a try.

Portamine robusti. La dimensione delle mine da 1,3 mm è quanto basta per avere una matita abbastanza appuntita senza che si spezzi come quelle da 0,5 o 0,7, specie quando la si usa per tracciare linee scorrendo su un righello, ottima per uso in tracciamenti su legno nel fai-da-te, ma anche per professionisti, ottima per schizzare. Mine morbide, non indicata la gradazione, ma direi HB o B. Il portamine è abbastanza pesante, ma non stanca la mano nell'utilizzo, ed è ben bilanciata. Sull'estremità una piccola gomma per cancellare, forse un po' ruvida, adatta per segni su legno o metalli, meno adatta sulla carta. Nella confezione ci sono 3 portamine, 3 astucci di ricambi mine, 3 gomme ed un astuccio per contenere le mine "in trasferta" ... Le gomme morbide sembrano di buona qualità. Forse come difetto nel prodotto in vendita consiglierei di fare confezione più piccola con 2 o anche un solo portamine con gomma, ricambi mine e astuccio mine da trasferta. Averne 3, se sono veramente robuste, come sembrano, dureranno a lungo, quindi l'unico modo di utilizzare l'intera confezione è di metterle in luoghi diversi o di farle usare a più persone ... Comunque ottimo prodotto, consigliato, prezzo unitario in linea con altri portamine da 0,5/0,7, ma con qualche accessorio in più.
