Does this come with a power supply?

No, it doesn't. It takes four AA batteries. You can purchase a separate power supply.

Does it power a condenser/ does it have phantom power (48v) when plugged into power supply?

Yes it does. it's not switchable, it's there all the time. If you are using a device that connects to your pc for recording perhaps, if that also has a phantom power switch, turn it off when using the pedal, it's not needed and using both can cause issues. :)

I only have a jack connection on my speaker, do i need XLR connections only for this device to work?

Without knowing what your equipment is, I will try to answer to the best of my ability. The output is mic level and would normally go into a mixer, mixer amp, or a powered speaker. If you have a powered speaker with only 1/4 Jack inputs you must have the cable you need already. The cable you use from your mic to your speaker already will do the job of conversion. So connect your mic to the mic mechanic with an xlr to xlr mic cable and from the mic mechanic to your device via the cable you would normally connect your mic to your POWERED speaker. Please note this will not work going into a passive (non powered) speaker and will damage the mic mechanic.

Can you use a wireless microphone with this pedal?

I use the Sennheiser XSW-D system with mine. I don’t see why you couldn’t use another XLR outputting system with it. You will need a cable from your receiver to the mic mechanic and then one back to the PA from the mic mechanic obviously.
