Lots of airflow, good quality, LOUD (good way)
These are amazing, I placed two of these on my pc and with a carefully created fan curve you can barely hear them, and my temps never go over 70 even with heavy use, but Please, be careful with these, one of my fingers was almost chopped off by the blades.Keep in mind if you are to put these on a regular PC you will need a 3 amp PWM adapter as connecting these directly do not allow the fan to ramp up to max speed, and when they are at max speed they are LOUD.

Multiple purposes
I live in the far north and water line freeze ups are common in the heart of winter. I wired these to battery packs pointed into the track my water lines run thru. One in near my wood stove, one out at the other end drawing warm air thru. I'm at the coldest of winter and lines are still clear. These are quiet and sitting my needs.

Fan is effective, but obnoxiously loud.
My set did not come with any mounting screws, and these fans are thicker than typical 120mm fans (1.5" instead of 1"). This was annoying and I had to cobble together a mounting setup. The fan is obnoxiously loud at maximum power (6000 rpm) but they do work: it dropped my CPU about 7 degrees C under load compared to my old fan using the same water cooling setup. I'm not sure why the 80% and 90% fan speeds are higher than 100% though. I retested several times and always got the odd results. All said, I would not recommend this fan for regular users in a PC case. Beyond the lowest settings (<30%), it sounds like your PC is preparing for take off. If you're using this in a gaming PC, your opponents/allies will hear this fan spin up. I would definitely not have this in a bedroom or sleeping area either. It would be right at home in a data center.
