I have an older 2012 Samsung Plasma TV for which this remote is an almost identical replacement. It is labelled identically and has a very similar feel and quality (and works with it!). However, I bought this new unit in the hope that it would work with a brand new 2017 TV ("MU6120" series) as the default remote which comes with that set is very poor by comparison (the weak link in an otherwise excellent new model). It does work with it and is so much easier to use! We bought it for an elderly relative to use but everyone who's used it likes it better. This older style remote is ergonomically very much better than the brand new Samsung model as it sits better in the hand, has larger buttons, is more clearly labelled and the colour coding makes it look nicer and easier to navigate. It's definitely worth a full 10/10 for quality, value and practicality.

I purchased this remote as one of the buttons on our original one came loose. This remote came before the estimated delivery time, it works excellently. There are one or two additional buttons such as an extra hdmi button, which makes me think this is actually a more up to date remote than our original. I did not need to programme it to the tv, like you would with a universal remote. It worked straight away. The only point I would make is that the batter compartment is a little tight, I originally placed one of the batteries in upside down and it was a little hard to get it out. However for the price, the delivery speed, how well it works and how often I will actually need to change the batteries I wouldn’t mark it down for this. Would definitely recommend.

This is a good value product. Works fine but is not as strong and as well built as the original. However for the price is is perfectly ok. I bought 2.

This a much improved version of the original remote I received with my MU6120 Samsung TV. It’s roughly a third larger, the buttons are a little bigger and not so close together, making it much easier to operate, especially with the lights dimmed. Love the large coloured app button conveniently placed In the centre. The build quality is an exact replica of the original remote, feels sturdy and is comfortable to hold. It worked instantly I put the 2x AAA batteries in, and the signal works where ever you point it! Trust me I’ve tried!.I absolutely love this remote so much so I’m buying another for my new Samsung TV. Free delivery was also excellent, I ordered this on Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday morning!.

I have now purchased two of these remotes . They are easy to use and work straight away.

Worked straight out of the packet! Was really impressed, my last controller just stopped working so I needed a new one. Feels like a good quality item and we’ll made. A very good purchase.

I have bought 2 of these remotes - first one in 2020 which lasted almost 5 years - which I thought was fair enough, so when it failed - I just hit the "buy it again" button and bought another one. However, this time, it didn't even last 6 months. I contacted the seller. Initially, they said that they would send a replacement and this is what I expected, so I was satisfied. But the next day, they wrote again and said it was on "old order" and I would have to buy another one. Having now read the other reviews - I can see that I am not alone in being disappointed by their attitude and response; there are a lot of 1 star reviews and the company clearly doesn't care! Just don't buy from them - it's not worth the hassle.

Purtroppo quel giorno è arrivato. Era già da un po' di tempo che le cose non andavano più come prima: alcuni tasti erano andati in congedo, alzare o abbassare il volume era diventata un'attività quasi mistica; gestire i canali, le impostazioni, il menù interattivo, erano tutte operazioni ormai correlate da preghiere e/o improperi. Certo che che ho controllato le batterie ! Sono nuove. Il mio Smart TV era diventato ormai quasi un oggetto di semplice arredo. Quindi, mi sono arreso e ho acquistato questo Telecomando Universale TV LCD SAMSUNG venduto da Earthma. Miracolo ! E' praticamente uguale all'originale, non ha avuto bisogno di programmazione o interfacciamento (lo so, è una parola orribile) con il mio TV SAMSUNG UE46ES6200, i tasti, allo schiacciamento, oppongono una certa resistenza ma non troppa, e poi, finalmente, non bisogna più puntare il telecomando verso il sensore Tv dovendo obbligatoriamente essere dei cecchini con la mira perfetta per ottenere una qualsiasi risposta dal televisore. Finalmente la mia routine domestica si è ristabilizzata, il mio senso latente di angoscia sta svanendo; ieri sera, prima di andare a dormire, stavo spegnendo la tv e per un attimo Lei mi ha sorriso, o almeno credo. Sto meglio e consiglio questo telecomando ai possessori (potenzialmente ansiogeni) di Tv Samsung. Forse faccio la scorta e ne compro un altro (o più).
