Silicon SEALANT Clear Tube 70G

We used the Silicon Sealant Clear Tube (70g) on our shower cubicle, and it worked exactly as we needed. The sealant was easy to apply, dried quickly, and provided a strong, waterproof seal. It’s clear, so it blends in perfectly without standing out, which is ideal for bathroom repairs.We’re very pleased with the results, and the shower looks much better now. It’s held up well over time, with no leaks or issues. For smaller jobs like this, the 70g tube is the perfect size—easy to handle and not wasteful.We would definitely buy this sealant again for future repairs. My bath sealant was needing a bit of TLC. I tried different products to remove the black mould however there was still discolouration on the sealant. I ordered this silicon sealant which has worked a treat! Bright white for a fresh look, so far very durable after a few showers and baths! Seems to be waterproof.I’m no expert in DIY so it was a bit of a messy job attempting to get the lining of the sealant perfect however the head of the tube includes a scraper to ensure ease of application.The fit of the head of the tube was perfect for the angles around the bath.However I did struggle with squeezing the sealant out at times in order to get a “perfect” effect.

This silicone sealant is great quality and works exactly as expected. I used it for small sealing jobs around the bathroom, and it applied smoothly and evenly. Once cured, it formed a clear, strong, and waterproof finish that looks neat and professional.The 70g tube is convenient to handle, especially for smaller projects or touch-ups, and it’s good value for money. Ordered this to help seal around my letterbox on my front door. I opened it up etc and applied it and straight away, it was obvious it was a decent product. I got a little on my hands which was a nightmare to get off however, I considered that a good thing. If I struggle to get it off my hands, it’s going to surely adhere very well to any surface I require.I would probably recommend keeping a pin or something because if you want to use this product more than once, the sealant at the end of the tube is going to dry and you will need penetrate that to use your remaining product.I applied this product and it says it takes 48 hours for the waterproof to become effective however, I found 1 hour was enough for me so I was more than happy.If you follow the instructions, you will have no issues with this product. It’s very ideal for small jobs and super easy to apply. I personally used a cotton bud to help make my job looks nice and tidy.

The sealant actually came in a metal tube, that had been crushed at the opening, this damage may have happened whilst it was in transit. It and the nozzle came loose, not in any packaging, via Royal Mail black sealed plastic bag.Having cut the nozzle to the size I wanted it was easy to squeeze the sealant through and complete the job. Not sure how long the seal will remain effective but so far so good. Happy customer.

Tut was er soll. Wurde zum abbdichten von Plexiglas verwendet.Das Vakuum hat gehalten. Also alles funktioniert nach dem kleben.Alles prima.
