I had multiple mouth-fulls of these plastic fragments on the last bottle, mainly towards the bottom (about 5 pieces each time, for a total of 2 times and then 3 and 1), but on this new bottle, I had 1 shard go in my mouth on the very second use, at the top... that's when I knew it was definitely a consistent issue with the product!
