I've used MSM for years. Such a great quality products, the health benefits are excellent if used safely & consistently. It's great for hair & skin but also my joints.

Excellent quality MSM powder. I'm on my 4th bag of this stuff and was dismayed when they were out of stock. If you don't know about the benefits of MSM go and check out some research.... its genuinely one of a very few supplements I've found to actually have real results in terms of aches and pains, helping me get over training sessions more effectively.

It’s hard to know if this kind of thing works, without proper testing. I started drinking it because of tendon inflammation after running. I then stopped running & forgot all about it, I later started doing more running, re-found it and because my knees were so sore /tight in the morning I could barely walk downstairs until I’d warmed up, I started taking it again. I definitely don’t have the same knee stiffness in the mornings. Is this coincidence? Maybe. But It tastes ok, a bit like solvable paracetamol. Not nasty. Not delicious. There’s no side effects and only (perceived?) benefits, & so I’m convinced it’s helping. so I plan to keep drinking it.

I was taking the capsules before and thought I would try the powder form. It's ok. I need to work with it a little longer to see any consistent improvements.

I heard msm crystals promote hair growth and cartilage/bone support I hesitated at first but since there was a sale I took the plunge and bought it The texture is like snow, and it’s very bitter as expected I worked my way up to a tablespoon a day which I mix with juice and water to make it palatable I had to stop use at first as I thought it was giving me insomnia, but turns out it was just making the caffeine in my tea hit a lot harder than it usually does (I was having 4 cups a day) Which I discovered after some research, to be careful when taking medication, alcohol, caffeine Or drugs because msm can make the body absorb it more efficiently, I went decaf for a month then decided to give msm another shot After 9 weeks can’t believe it but my hair is noticeably sprouting New hairs all over my scalp about 4 inches in length, amazing! I also noticed it isn’t shedding as much if at all My eyelashes are longer but not thicker (I find they only get thicker with biotin) Keep in mind first two months on msm I wasn’t taking vitamin c because I couldn’t get my hands on it for a while so I saw DRASTC improvements even without combining the two The Unexpected Cure I had allergies, which resulted in rashes to develop on my hands if I touched or inhaled substances I’m allergic to, due to the liver trying to expel the allergens as far away from the central organs as possible they’d end up reacting on my hands and sometimes face I was told I have sluggish liver and need to up my intake of bitters, to help it detox the way it was designed to By the 3rd day, yes 3rd day I noticed my hands weren’t as rough or swollen By day 7 the redness had totally disappeared and any sign of an active allergy was gone All that was left was slightly dry skin and some minor scars which needed time to heal, I was so excited to discover this after 8 years of struggling After 2 weeks my hands were TOTALLY normal No swelling, Insane redness or allergic reaction Just dry skin which I help with lotion After 2 months I feel normal again I can actually use my hands properly which I couldn’t before because they were so painful I don’t have circulation issues in my right arm anymore either I notice if I go two days without msm my hands start to develop mild allergy symptoms My quality of life has improved so much No steroids, no immune suppressants Just a shot of really bitter juice once a day Please, If you have eczema or allergies don’t hesitate, and get on board with MSM crystals It changed my life for the better Only posting this review because I genuinely want someone to feel the benefits of this stuff as I have !!

This was recommendee to me by a massage therapist. I don't know exactly how but using this product triggered quite possibly the worst migraine I've ever experienced that lasted 2 days. I came off it as it was the only change in routine I'd had before the migraine. (I do suffer from occasional migraines.) I tried again after a month to see if the previous migraine was just an anomaly and had another one within 1½ days, which lasted another 2. Not strictly the product's fault but more of an intolerance of mine, it seems. However, I didn't read anywhere that it may cause migraines. I've since moved to a different supplement. Just a note of caution to fellow migraineurs.

Good product. I have noticed a difference since I have been taking it. So it works for me.

I have been purchasing organic sulfur from this brand for a while, and it used to be high-quality, natural, and completely odorless. However, my recent order was a huge disappointment. The sulfur now has a strong, sour, and unpleasant smell, which is a clear sign of contamination or impurities. This is not the same product I trusted before. Very disappointed and will be looking for a different supplier.

Ik heb mijn MSM bestelling binnen gekregen. Deze was goed verpakt. Ik ben op 23 september begonnen met innnemen. Ben benieuwd of het goed werkt zoals beloofd.

Faite pas attention au faute Ce produit est de très bonne qualité je suis le genre de personne qui prend énormément de temps à rechercher les risques sur les produits la qualité etc Cette poudre se crystals m’aide à ne plus avoir de douleur au niveau du dos et des reins Ca favorise la pousse des cheveux et ça les rend plus épais pour ceux qui on de l’alopécie je vous le recommande!!!!! Je vous suggères de prendre avec de la vitamine c pour ma part je prend la poudre de MSM avec plusieurs vitamine mélanger Par contre quand vous commencer je vous conseil de vraiment faire attention car ça donne des fortes migraines mais c’est normal enfin je pense donc commencer pose de petites doses c’est à dire au lieux de prendre deux fois par jour commencer à prendre une fois par jours et surtout surtout buvez beaucoup d’eau buvez au moins 1 litre d’eau par jours pour bien nettoyer votre organisme et atténue tout ce qui est migraine Et au bout de meme pas 1 semaine j’ai vue des résultats!!!!

Sehr gut verträglich und löst sich schnell im Wasser. Konnte nach 2 Wochen auch schon feststellen,dass meine Gelenkschmerzen besser wurden. Lieber 2x am Tag ein Löffelchen Pulver ins Getränk als Kapseln schlucken.
