Stays nearly as hot as a hot water bottle for over 10 hours. Highly recommend these hand warmers, you can even use it to act a discrete hot water bottle to help with period cramps. Just make sure to wrap it in some cloth as it can get really hot. Though, you need to be careful if you use it to elevate period cramps.

These are absolutely amazing! I am a Reynauds sufferer (severe cold hands & feet!) and after spending my first skiing holiday in misery & agony, I found out about these little wonders! Simply undo the packet, shake them about & they slowly start to heat up! I activate mine & then pop them in my ski mittens on top of my hands(not the palms) between my glove liners & mittens & head up the mountain! They don't interfere with holding your ski poles & they are still hot when you come off the mountain later in the afternoon. I now buy these in bulk so I never run out - my husband now uses them as well for night work on the railways! Thanks Hot Hands!!

These warm up quick, last for a decent amount of time and overall for the heat they give off are pretty great quality. I wish you could recycle them though as I feel like they're bad for the environment as you cant recycle them.

These hand warmers were purchased for clay pigeon shooting, so lots of standing around in extremely cold/wet/windy weather. The price for them is great and its good to have a few of these around. Each hand warmer comes individually wrapped which is helpful, as you may not feel like you necessarily need one for each time. I usually find that I only use one hand warmer and hold it with both hands, or switch it between pockets - I do this to save money but it also means that you’re not wasting so many hand warmers as I assume that these disposable hand warmers aren’t great for the environment. The hand warmers are extremely easy to use, just take one out of the packet and shake it around and it gets very hot. I’d personally recommend putting the warmer in a pocket as it will stay hotter for longer and will also make your pocket nice and toasty for your hands. I find that these last for ages, long after my clay pigeon shooting session ends (at least 5/6 hours), but if not kept in a pocket they do start to get cooler faster.

I used these regularly to travel on trains planes and buses they keep you cosy for up to 10 hours as I have Raynaurds I alway carry these
