Great, have bought many time before

I've only been taking this for a few days and the improvements are already showing and gently too. I hurt my knee back in March and it's been healing slowly with some setbacks and good and bad days. What I've found since taking the turmeric with curcumin is that I can climb the stairs slightly easier and can get up off the couch without my usual palaver of having to hold onto something or stand for a moment before taking a step. I don't know if it's related but I seem to have lost a little bit of weight too, just a few pounds really but I'll see if this continues. I'm just taking the one a day and the container has 365 capsules in it so one tub should last a year which is great value. I love that it has black pepper in it too as I'd already discovered how this can make a difference to the effectiveness of turmeric.

They have not mentioned the amount of curcumin in one tablet. In fact, turmeric powder only contains about 3.14% curcumin, which is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. When you’re buying a supplement, it should contain at least 150-250 mg of curcumin per serving to have any real positive effect. This brand has very conveniently mentioned 600mg of Organic Turmeric per tablet. So you can imagine how much curcumin is in per tablet, 3.14% of 600mg in each tablet which is hardly 19mg. Please don't fall into this trap. Ridiculously they have termed these as vegan capsules as if there are some non-vegan sources for turmeric extraction. Hello Nu U Nutrition? Can you justify your claims and prove that you guys are not cheating people?

El pedido llegó en la fecha indicada, el pote es enorme y por lo que huele a cúrcuma confío en la buena calidad, los comprimidos son cápsulas no muy grandes, la compré para dársela a mi perro que tiene artrosis y no le conviene la medicación antiinflamatoria convencional. De momento va muy bien, llevamos unos días y ya sale a pasear, no camina mucho, pero cada día va a más, espero que siga así de bien. En mi caso funciona muy bien.

Este bote contiene 365 càpsulas, lo cual debería ser suficiente para un año. Para los que queremos una dosis más alta de dos cápsulas/día, 6 meses. Es un producto de calidad elaborado en Reino Unido y representa un ahorro importante frente a sus competidores. Lo recomiendo.

Hice el pedido sin dejar de reconocer que tenía mis reticencias en el efecto real de estas cápsulas. Después de 19 días que llevo tomándolas, he decir que estoy alucinado con sus beneficios. Para empezar se me están disminuyendo y hasta desapareciendo berrugas que tenía por ciertas partes del cuerpo; zona del cuello, espalda, manos... era algo que no esperaba. También me desapareció el dolor de artrosis que estaba esperimentando desde hace ya varios años en el dedo pulgar derecho cuando lo flexionaba. Y por último, he encontrado una evidente mejoría en mi estado depresivo que llevo experimentando desde hace unos meses. En definitiva, quiero decir que es algo que parece increible de creer, pero que gracias a Dios estoy teniendo la suerte de experimentar y me está ayudando a sentirme realmente mejor. Os lo recomiendo 100%. Al menos yo pienso seguir tomándolo.

3 estrellas porque todavía no puedo valorar efectividad. Me he guiado por las opiniones de otros y las indicaciones del fabricante: buena relación calidad-precio, cantidad, contenido en cúrcuma y pimienta. Seguramente en un mes notaré efectos, sobretodo en las manos, que es donde tengo las molestias. Lo he comprado también de cara al invierno en prevención y salud antiinflamatoria.
