Whats the difference between rode sc4 and a rode sc7 cable ?

The SC4 is a 3.5mm TRS socket to TRRS plug converter. The SC7 is a 3.5mm TRS plug to TRRS plug converter. So one has a TRS socket the other has a TRS plug. Rode do a poor job of illustrating this unless you download the PDF data sheets for each cable.
