Hi when purchased we received the wrong size defuser cover could we get the square instead please

I also had the same issue, one diffuser was oblong and one square. You should have a 24x24 inch diffuser screen . I contacted supplier to complain , they cannot provide a replacment screen, gave a £20 refund
