Quality very good...but tea colour not good.
Very good quality steel. Easy to assemble. The steel tap works well....no leakage. Don't know about the filtered water quality though. The tea made from normal tap water as well as the filtered water has a thin film on the surface, and is very black as compared to tea made from the water bought in 20 litre jars.

Great qiality
Loved the filter,had many RO filters prior to this but finally realised this is the best,does the job well,can be cleaned and candles changed when necessary and does not depend on electricity.simple and efficient,good quality steel.great vaue for money,much more affordable and not expensive in terms of maintenance.got the steel tap,no leakage issues.Installation is a breeze and overall I'm super happy. With the filter,been few months,zero issues.you need to choose the capacity according to the size of your family,mine works great for our family of four,I fill it twice a day and the water is sufficient for cooking and drinking.

Leaking
The water filter consists of two compartments. After filling the upper chamber and completely filling both sections, water started leaking from the central joint where the top and bottom compartments meet.

Very nice product.

The residue appears at the bottom of the filtrate jar. The black liquid comes from the candle.
The product material is not so good. The seller does not respond for my quiery. The "continue "response not working. I am unable to change my product. Please response as early as possible. Thank you.
