I was slightly wary when purchasing this as it was slightly more expensive than a regular pillow - however I wish I had purchased this earlier - worth every penny. I purchased this as I always toss and turn in the night, get nightmares, and break into sweats at times, especially if I am taking something before bed to treat migraines or a bad headache. I at times would keep turning the pillow over as felt discomfort (hot). This pillow has solved all my issues. Upon receiving the pillow I read the instructions which said I should air the pillow out so however tempted I was to sleep with it that night I aired it for 36 hours. (Removed the pillow from the bamboo case when airing out - not sure if I was meant to but it worked fine) I had tried to insert the pillow into my pillow case at first. I was later notified by the sellers in a follow up email that it is recommended to keep the bamboo pillow case it comes with on – It is removable and washable. However I was also told that if I were to use my own pillow case I should place it on top of the bamboo material pillow case as that does most of the magic. The first three nights the pillow felt quite hard and firm (comfortable though) after this period my head now sinks in and I cannot sleep without it. I went away for two nights and had a terrible sleep - BEWARE - ONCE USING TAKE WITH YOU TO ALL PLACES :) I never really suffered from back aches or neck aches but I did occasionally get little niggles especially after a long sleep – I haven’t got this in the 4 weeks I have been using this. Overall I love this pillow and will be purchasing more – Note to seller – please make this in a larger size so I can put them on my couches  Product came rolled in a presentable bag with a zip. Instructions on a small paper (make sure you don’t miss it) Lifetime Guarantee – Very appealing I don’t think I Will need it however I wouldn’t mind buying the pillow cases on their own?

Shredded memory foam bamboo pillow arrived quickly and Well packaged in standard Amazon cardboard packaging. Inside was a little black carry case, containing the memory foam pillow rolled up tight. The pillow is hard to get out of the case since its rolled up so tightly, but once it's out it starts to get bigger and fill out. I left this pillow for 24 hours to fill out and air out, as it smells very chemically due to the memory foam inside. After 24 hours the pillow was nice and plump, but the smell remained. Since I was excited to use it, I just dealt with it. It was a lot bigger than I thought and won't fit in a normal pillow case - this is fine because it comes with its own soft, washable pillow case with a zip. I'm used to lying on pillows which are quite flat, and to me this pillow made my head lie too high so it felt my neck was lying funny. I'm a side sleeper so I found it quite uncomfortable. But lying on your back, it feels comfy and supports your head well. I'll give this pillow 4* due to the lingering smell and the fact it was a bit too big for me personally - otherwise, great pillow! I received this product at a discounted price for a true and unbiased review. I hope to help other people who are thinking of purchasing this item by giving a detailed review on what I have received and its performance.

This arrived neatly rolled into a cylindrical bag, and when first removed I was not at all sure that it was going to suit me. However, I read the instructions and shook it out carefully and plumped it up and then left it - as instructed - to allow it to 'recover'. I must admit I did not leave it as long as was suggested (24 - 48 hours) but probably 14 hours in all. This is a 'queen-sized' pillow - larger than average. It has its own zipped pillowcase which can be hand washed and tumble dried. I might make a cotton pillowcase to go with my bedding but it doesn't really need it. I settled down to sleep, but as I am a poor sleeper I didn't have any great expectations of a new pillow making a difference. I did wake up once in the night briefly, but that is an improvement on most nights. In fact I had a really good night's sleep and woke up relaxed and refreshed. This pillow is 40% bamboo, and I know it is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, possibly because Bamboo is thermo-regulating, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter. It is also eco-friendly, so it ticks lots of boxes. I received this pillow at a reduced price in exchange for an honest and fair review. I am happy to say I am very pleased with this pillow and I am happy to recommend it.

Too hard and raised off the bed. Impossible to sleep on your back and even a struggle on side. Neck and shoulder pain far worse after a few weeks of this so am throwing away. If I could still return it I would. UPDATE: seller contacted me and has offered a refund which I feel is very good customer service. The pillow is definitely not for me but I would try a softer version if it came out, knowing that the customer service is good.

I very rarely leave reviews, never mind 5 star reviews, but I have been using this pillow for 6 months now and my neck pain has disappeared completely. I noticed an improvement after just one night, and I haven't had any neck pain since. I don't use any other pillow now. I find that one pillow is enough, even though I used to use 2 regular pillows. I haven't found it particularly hard like other people have said, but I do usually kneed it a bit before lying down to get it back to a regular shape. It does seem like a lot of money for a pillow but I would spend it again in a heartbeat!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS. I bought this expecting it to be filled with memory foam crumb, I used it for 1/2 a night, too high, did not move or give like memory foam does. So I thought I would take some of the memory crumb out, to make it softer, well as you can see by the picture it has less than 1% memory foam crumb inside, the rest is standard crumb foam, so this is why it is heavy does not give , this pillow will not help with your neck at all, steer well clear , a total waste of money!!

I was sceptical about this pillow when I saw it advertised on TV. Naturally I went to Amazon and found it for half the price with the same guarantee as the TV one! I have spinal problems and just had a hip replacement so I'm restricted in movement in bed. I've tried all types of pillows and not found any that are comfortable until now! For the first time I have been able to sleep in my bed instead of the recliner. Whatever position I want to lie in this pillow adapts to my needs. Just be aware that it is a queen size so although it has a washable cover you might want to get a larger size pillow case to match your bedding (got mine from amazon too!) wonderful comfort really recommend it.

The pillow arrived on time and was well packaged/compressed. It takes some time to adjust to it. The advice to 'plump it up' was not a good idea for me as it made it too high for my neck. As it's also a bit larger than the average pillow case, perhaps advice could be given to purchase larger cases (maybe at the time of purchase)? I had to remove it from the tight normal size pillow case to try to lower its height. One other small initial problem (which or may not may bother those with nasal sensitivity) is the unusual smell of the materials. This seems to go away after a few days or when leaving it outside the bedroom for a while. I like the materials as I can't use 'noisy' or crackling sound of pillows under my ear when trying to sleep. So I'm happy with it but am now looking for some larger pillow cases to cover it.
