Well made, effective, easy to use, SUPERB customer service/backup.
I bought this with my eyes wide shut, simply thinking that my wrists were painful enough just riding the bike (old injuries), without struggling to use a pump. I didn't know that CO2 permeates through the tube and tyre and that you lose pressure constantly, so didn't realise this is mainly for use when you are out and about and are fixing a puncture/replacing a tube, just to get you home so to speak. However, now I know its intended use I can categorically state that it is superb at its job and can highly recommend it. I've been cycling for decades and have always been prone to punctures, in my bike tyres mainly but elsewhere on occasion I have to admit. There's something very pleasing about being able to inflate your newly mended tube/tyre in 2 or 3 seconds, instead of having to faff about with a silly little pump (I don't care how good you think your mini pump is, it's crap, they all are, I've spent a small fortune on the sh122y little things). This co2 gadgy will ease the process of fixing your tyre fault and getting you home easily. Once you are home I recommend deflating the tyre completely and using a decent pump (12v, available on Amazon) to refill it with air., It will hold pressure as normal then. One last thing I must mention, the first one of these I ordered was a bit stiff to operate, I found it hard to turn the little lever. So, I emailed the seller with a simple enquiry as to whether this was normal, expecting to be told that I should put a spot of oil somewhere or other, (easy tiger). But no, much to my surprise and delight I received a replacement the next day, not just the valve but the entire product. the replacement was much easier for me to operate the little lever, so did the trick, can't ask more that that can I? The first on was just bad luck, one of those things, but the second was everything the reviews I'd read lead me to expect. I recommend this. Bigtime.

very well made looks good and light weight
Not used it at the moment, tucks away in your pocket very easy small enough to go in my tool pack very well made light weight I loved the email I got after purchased from the seller advising on use and life time warranty any issues been asked to contact the seller. I will update when I use the pump. if looking for a co2 pump you will not be disappointed I have now used for the first time on Saturday and it so a lot better than my old one no leaks and the pressure gauge made it so easy to control the pressure and speed of fill. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing this just do it you will not be disappointed well done pro bike tools

Excellent Little Item To Inflate Cycle Tyres
Easy to set up and use. I inflated the tyres in seconds, that was well over a week ago and the pressure in the tyres is still very good. This has me confused, because when you read about using Co2 to inflate cycle tyres, it says they deflate overnight, or within a short time. Reading that put me off a bit, so I'm delighted to find that it is not the case. Both tyres are still hard. My only negative is, the small Co2 canister is not big enough to inflate both tyres. You need to use one and a half canister. Finishing on a plus, I'm glad I bought this model with the shut off valve, although more expensive than the other models, it gives you better control over the flow of air going into the tyres. Well worth the extra money. A highly recommended cycling accessory.

the C02 canister (you don't get one with the inflator but would be nice to have one included) inflated the tyre very quickly
The item arrived on time and well packed, my first impressions on opening the inflator was that it was a well made item (shame though that it is not made in the UK), I tried it first on my bike, but did not work properly and the reason for this is because I was trying to inflate a tyre that was already inflated by my pump, to use this properly it has to be a flat tyre with no air in, after my initial flaw it worked perfectly, the C02 canister (you don't get one with the inflator but would be nice to have one included) inflated the tyre very quickly, most canisters will probably inflate 2 tyres, once the C02 is nearing the end you will notice ice developing not just on the canister but the inflator device as well and is very cold, lucky though that the sponge will protect your fingers, one thing I have been told is that if you are using the C02 to inflate rubber inner tubes on your tyres is to deflate them once you get home, as the C02 can perish the inner tube rubber, I use tubeless tyres so not sure if this is the case for them though

Excellent!
I bought cheaper versions of these in the past - and they never worked well at all. These on the other hand are precision machined, and have worked every time I've used them (3 times so far - testing to see if they work and how many bulbs to use). It Takes 3 16oz bulbs to fill one 20"x4" fatbike tire - tho you can get away with just 2. Worth it and recommended.

It's OK. Not too pleased with valve/lever sealing mechanism. Slightly disappointed with overall quality
It seems ok on initial testing. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the valve sealing mechanism. It's really easy to over-tighten the lever, which then becomes "sticky". This makes it difficult to control the gas release unless you are really careful (like that over-tightened tap in the bathroom that drenches you when the pressure is released) This problem would easily be solved if there was a spring between the valve seat and the valve seal inside the cylinder. There are a couple of reasons I'm giving it 3 stars and not 4 stars. The red aluminium lever and lock nut are not actually anodized, they are painted with some kind of metallic paint which has obviously been baked on, but it chips almost immediately under friction. Ok, that's not a functional issue, but it is cheap. My other criticism is that the lever doesn't lock at 90 degrees to the canister, it locks about 10 degrees off-centre unless you really crank the tightness. Besides the fact that over-tightening will cause wear over time, it also looks "wrong". Humans love symmetry, you don't need to be OCD to appreciate things lining up nicely. It isn't possible to adjust this by undoing the screw that fixes the lever into the body to switch it into one of the little notches either side in the lever cap head that stop it from spinning, because they are machined in such a way that the lever can never align perpendicular to the valve body and also get the valve cap to seat to the bottom of the cylinder elbow (unless you over-tighten it). I'm talking about the lever and cap that screw into the body of the tool here, not the CO2 canister. I wouldn't care about the fact that it is painted and not anodized, or the lever being off-centre, if there had been a spring inside the body to prevent over-tightening. A spring to ease the tension in operation of the lever would have made it easily a 4 star product despite being cheaply finished. I guess I'm being a bit pedantic, but for £20 I expected better quality. Yes it works. I think I might buy one of the other brands that cost less just to do a comparison though.

Well-made, precision tool
I have not used this in anger yet, but was impressed by the quality of the tool, which is small and looks easy to use. The screw threads are well engineered to fit the tyre valve and CO2 cylinder respectively. Overall, it appears to be designed well for the job in hand.

Excellent Performance I am fanatical about tire pressure
UPDATE (10/05/17)============================= After owning this product just over a month, I have no complaints, only praise. Because of its compact size and ease of use, Pro Bike Tool's CO2 Inflator remains a valued part of my bike maintenance program. STICKING VALVE: In my original post I mentioned difficulty getting the valve to open. That issue has NOT repeated; the valve has worked perfectly every time I use the inflator, which is almost every day. CARTRIDGE LIFE: the other question I had regarding this product was how long a cartridge would last once screwed into the inflator. It does appear to lose CO2 over time, but I would call this loss negligible, losing perhaps 10 PSI over a 7-day period. So it's not a perfect seal, but at just under $1/cartridge, it's manageable and acceptable. REVISED RATING: Product continues to live up to its previous 4.75 star review, and as the sticking valve issue has resolved, I revise my rating to 4.9 STARS. HIGH RECOMMEND. ORIGINAL POST======================== Disclaimer: I've only owned this product for about 2 hours at the time of this writing. Please check back for progressive updates. SIZE/CONVENIENCE: 5 Stars. Excellent Performance I am fanatical about tire pressure, generally, and specifically, for my motorcycle which is my sole transport (Ah, SoCal). So, the first commendation for this product is its size. The whole thing, plus a couple (or 3) extra cartridges fits into a sidepouch of my daypack. Spacewise, VERY economical. Are you a purist bicyclist? The whole setup weighs maybe 7oz (Unit + 1 cartridge) and shares the dimensions of, say, a pack of cigarettes. Please don't smoke. OPERATION: 4 1/2 Stars. Above Acceptable Performance Easy to operate, and to understand how to operate. Device mounts to tire (Schrader valve) as advertised (both Bike and Moto tires). Cartridge mounts to device as advertised. Delivers C02 gas to tire as advertised, with a * (see below). Here are my results: A single 16g cartridge took my mountain bike tire from 17psi to 41.5 psi, AND my motorcycle tire from 30 to 36psi. Total psi output from 1 cartridge: about 30 psi. There have to be lots of environmental factors than can grossly affect that result. For instance, the bike tire was inflated indoors/78F while the moto tire was outdoors/100+F. Would that affect performance? Someone out there must have that answer. * The reason the Operation eval only gets 4.5/5 stars is because the valve got stuck in the off position after I swapped in a new cartridge. So tightly closed I was about to go get a pair of pliers to get it to open when it finally gave in to extreme hand pressure. Yet another environ factor mitigating operation? Who knows, but you might want to check back here for updates to see if it is a persisting problem. ADVICE/TRICK: Make sure the cartridge is screwed in fully. I thought I had done so, but was getting a relative trickle of air coming out the valve. In fact, thought cartridge might be spent. So I gave the cartridge another tightening twist, just in case, and upon re-test the air blasted out as one would expect. Word to the wise, and a suggestion for those interested in tweaking air flow delivery. OVERALL: Highly Recommend with a combined rating of 4.75 stars. Look for an update to this review in about 30 days (including, for instance, how long a partially full cartridge lasts while attached to the device when not in use)

CO2 pump
Completely up to expectation. Found a few days after delivery a cheaper offer!

Perfect
Really good product. Used once and worked perfectly, the rubber sleeve will help not to freeze your fingers when you open the valve and discharge the CO2 cartridge.

Reasonable price
Works really well, as I ride up and down the Hume Highway and get quite a few punctures. A 3mm piece of wire from a blown truck tire is enough to cause a puncture. This was easy to use and small.
