Dissapointed in delivery man
These are a brilliant set of vits to take. I wasn't imprested tho to find my amazon Prime parcel just being left on a step leading to the path along front of the house. It could be seen as we turned into our drive so could have been stolen or picked up by kids.

Strength similar to Multi Vitamins, but only contains Vitamin B
The bottle clearly states “HIGH STRENGTH” but the doses are very similar to those of Amazon’s budget pack of multi-vitamins. That is, about 100% of the recommended daily amount (RDA), not what I would call HIGH strength. If you want to benefit from truly high strength Vitamin B, there are products on Amazon which provide about twenty times these doses. Alternatively, if you just want to ensure that you are keeping topped up with 100% of your RDA, why stop at Vitamin B? Why not get 100% RDA of the other essential vitamins and minerals with a pack of multi-vitamins? I give this three stars because SimplySupplements do provide information on dosage on their Amazon page, which allow us to check their use of the term “HIGH STRENGTH”. After returning the pack, SimplySupplements refunded my cash in full, with little fuss.

Try vitamin b for numbness.
Had a BIG problem with my left hand going numb, a chemist recommended i take vitamin b of which i did , since i have the numbness is going, brought this product of vitamin b bcos it was a bargain,Recommended by myself to help other users.

I noticed a difference pretty soon after taking this. I'm sharper and more alert, so I filly trust this is a good quality product. I aim to take this uninterrupted for a full year at least, so yes, I would repurchase and from this brand too.
