Grenade Caramel Chaos Protein Bars, 12 x 60 g

I got the caramel chaos bar as I need to keep up with the protein and calories during the day. Its an excellent grab and go that you can have any place anytime and requires no microwave/refrigerator. The taste is good, sweet enough not too much, and for those complaining about the taste, well, a protein bar is not supposed to make you wanna eat more, is supposed to give you a bit of food to keep you going and this is exactly what this bar does. Also it will not make me bloated as my gut buds will over react to different foods like nuts and some veggies. I can still add a fruit or something little else as is not many calories. Good value for the price, best before 8 months later, good package, perfect delivery by Amazon, 5 stars out of 5, I couldn’t ask for more for a perfect minimeal with a protein punch, I recommend! I have probably tried and tested every protein supplement over the years during my training which is mainly in the area of crossfit and powerlifting. Over the past 5 years i have put a bigger emphasis on my diet and importantly my macros which has made a huge difference to my performance and strength. With that in mind i aim to consume around 1g of protein for every kg of bodyweight where i sit between 90 - 95kg. Therefor its important to be able to consume good clean protein throughout the day including fish, chicken, meat etc - however when im busy or travelling i always aim to have a protein bar at hand. For many years i was a fan of Maximuscle bars and whey but recently have switched to Gold Standard whey which i believe to be a superior product for me personally, however when it comes to bars there are so many variations and Maximuscle and Quest were my chosen options for several years but both in my opinion dont really taste great and can also give me some stomach issues. But i felt they were the best on the market until i bought the Grenade Carb Killa bars. They are soooo good! Taste amazing and shocked at how they can make them taste this good with such limited impact carbs and sugar. Reading the ingredients in term of how they are listed show that the protein sources are high quality and a mix of whey isolate. The caramel chaos bars are the only ones i have tried and they taste identical to a double decker bar in terms of texture, flavour and importantly dont give me an upset stomach. I highly recommend these bars to anyone wanting easy access to super tasty protein bars!

Grenade is my favourite brand when it comes to protein bars, and I really prefer the caramel chaos to the other flavours. For me it is a perfect snack in between meals, to keep the protein intake up. I have a shake after workout and a bar per day. If you compare prices these ones are priced quite average, but you get much more quality and flavour (in my opinion). When comparing protein bars, always look at the hard facts, the nutrition figures. And here again, Grenade does a great job. Low sugars, low impact carbs and 23g protein. I had bars before that are super hard and therefore not nice to eat. So I did a little video and picture to show you that this is not the case with GRENADE, hope you enjoy :)

I recently picked up a box of 12 Grenade Caramel Chaos Bars when they were on offer, at just over £1.40 a bar, they were a steal! I'm always looking for high-protein snacks to keep me going throughout the day, and these bars definitely fit the bill. Each bar packs in 21g of protein for just 203 calories and 1.5g of fat, which is pretty impressive. They have a lovely chocolate coating, a layer of crunchy bits, and a dense, nougat-like centre. The flavour is a decent chocolate caramel, although the texture is a bit on the dry side. I'd compare the overall experience to a compact Double Decker. While I still prefer Fulfil protein bars, which have similar macros but taste more like a traditional chocolate bar, they are usually twice the price (for a box of 15). These Grenade bars are a fantastic alternative, especially when on offer. They really hit the spot when I'm craving something sweet and chocolatey, without the guilt. I'd definitely recommend these bars to anyone looking for a good value, high-protein snack.

Having been involved in bodybuilding and nutrition over the past 25 years I have tried many protein bars , some good , some bad , some downright dreadful . This bar thankfully is right up there with the best . For those of you with diabetic related issues like myself you will know all about simple sugars and the effect on blood glucose levels . This makes many bars a no-no unless you want a hyperglycaemic episode not to mention syrup for blood ! These bars amazingly only contain 1.5g of sugar but taste incredibly sweet , this is down to the magic of Maltitol which is known to have a lesser effect on blood glucose . I know the jury is out on artificial sweeteners at present but personally I don't get any negative sides from these both intestinally or blood glucose related but if you are unsure its best to seek medical advice before you try them . As for the taste well they actually taste like a chocolate bar , yes I said it , I know its pretty rare for protein bars but they actually taste like a treat with some pretty impressive macros to boot . Sometimes I can't face another bland protein shake and grab one of these instead . Pre or post workout , its the ideal snack A word of warning though when I first tried them they lasted a couple of weeks now Im having 2 a day ! they're so addictive

I have bought and used this product many times, always tasted great. Ordered 2 boxes of 12 last week Tries one, it was crumbly, tasted sour and looked awful. Thought oh maybe 1 x mis-packaged. Opened another, it was just as bad. Tried to return via amazon, no way they bounced me to Grenade; Grenade response below Hi there, Thanks for your email! We have communicated with Amazon and they have assured us that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the retailer of the product, it is their responsibility to resolve your complaint. Yes there is no ability to ask amazon for a refund or resolution? So I have to resort to this review

So dang good, great chewy bar not too sweet and kinda addictive. So good

Ho provato la Grenade Carb Killa e devo dire che è una barretta che sorprende per il gusto: sembra quasi un dolcetto ma con un contenuto di zuccheri molto basso. Ha una buona consistenza, morbida ma leggermente croccante, e offre circa 20 grammi di proteine, quindi è perfetta come spuntino dopo l’allenamento o quando serve un boost proteico. Il fatto che abbia pochi carboidrati e sia ricca di fibre la rende più “leggera” rispetto ad altre barrette dolci, e si sente meno il senso di colpa se si segue una dieta attenta ai carboidrati. Ci sono diverse varianti di gusto, quindi è facile trovare quella che piace di più. L’unico piccolo appunto è che alcune persone potrebbero avere problemi di digestione se ne mangiano molte, per via dei dolcificanti usati, ma consumata con moderazione va benissimo. In generale è una barretta comoda, pratica da portare in borsa e davvero gustosa, perfetta per chi vuole unire piacere e proteine senza eccedere con gli zuccheri.

Schmecken ganz gut, würde ich nochmal kaufen (im Angebot) sonst etwas zu teuer also ohne Angebot.
