Ihave Logitech wireless keyboard with same looking receiver, will this mouse work or interfere with keyboard, will they both be able use one receiver?

After perusing the Logitech website for answers to your above question. I've come to the conclusion that the wireless network should and I must stress should allow . The mouse using the receiver and the keyboard the same receiver. Providing the wireless has parity. The receiver should allow the twin connection. It's a standard wireless mouse so yes But I would spend a bit more and buy the Logitech MK270 Wireless Combo-with a tiny plug-and-forget nano receiver e.g mouse and keyboard instead ( even if you don't use the keyboard )

What is te size of the mouse?

The mouse is 3&3/4 inches long or 95mm at the widest part it is just over 2 inches or55mm it is very nice looking mouse and does the job.
