What is the difference between 1 pack and 2 packs, theres a big difference in price?

The single pack is gold standard cut, which is meant to be better quality, which matters for magic tricks for some people. The 2 pack and 12pack are normal standard rider back cut quality. But some reviewers are saying that is no longer the case and its just colour. So i could be wrong as companies often change specs.

Is 10 of hearts printed on box

No. They're regular poker cards. They're smooth to use, keep shape well. If you really wanted to do that keep the plastic film on and insert your face card, face out so the 10 of hearts is visible. great value too if you get through lots of cards, torn, signed etc.
