Bought these for my partner who has some health issues. The tablets are a bit big but not difficult to swallow, and have no particular taste or smell. When it comes to effectiveness, reviewing this kind of products is not that simple, and it really depends on individual experiences, hence one star taken off, since I cannot claim, in good conscience, that the product indeed does what is supposed to do. Having said that, this is a product coming from a well established and respected brand, with good formulation providing essential nutrients and minerals, so there is nothing to dislike. For Men Over 50
I take one of these multivitamins each morning, specially formulated for me over 50. I can't say i've noticed any difference in my general wellbeing since I have been taking these, however i know the importance of having your regular daily vitamin intake. Good sized pills as well, easy to swallow.
