Hi! I wanted to see the ingredients before buying it? Can anyone provide this please?

Has too many ingredients to list fully but has no sulfates, silicone, mineral oil or parabens. It has fragrance and as well as shea has aloe, coconut oil, jojoba, seed oil, soyabean, sweet almond, grapeseed, macadamia, carrot, honeysuckle and sea kelp. Hope helps.

i have 2b thick brown hair - would you recommend?

Works for me! You just have to find the right moment to put it in. I put it on when my hair is damp / nearly dry.

Does it leave flakes?

as long as you put the right amount, it wont leave flakes. my hair adores cantu :)

Has anyone used this and the activator cream and which is better? Im not sure which to get!

Iv used the activator gel and the cream together, personally on my son's hair the cream works just as good on its own, I haven't used the activator gel on its own as of yet but it's quite watery so not sure how well it would work on its own,,, hope this helps
