There has to be a careful balance between size and the ability to swallow it and yet having enough size to incorporate a reasonable amount of nutrition! This brand is a well known respected brand and manages to fulfil this requirement. Not sure how I feel about now fitting into the ‘advanced’ age on a multivitamin, though!

Used daily. Trusted brand with all the essential vitamins required for an active lifestyle. No complaints from joints, muscles and no illnesses since taking this alongside omega 3’s, so can only assume that they are effective! Competitively priced against others so will continue to use these

Great product good price

I have always used this product for years. But in the last 4 years I stopped because I felt the need to make a change. This led me to try almost about 10 different food supplements. But I think this product best suited my body. So, I am back for good. My observations about it is that it makes me sleep better and I feel energetic the next morning. I normally take it at night. Because it good for my body, I sent quite 6 bottles to my mum and she loves it. She’s 85 years old.

Good value pack, no aftertaste and easy to swallow. Tablets have a coating with no smell. Quite large size tablets but seem to be effective at delivering the extra nutrients we sometimes lack. Skin and hair feel better after taking first a few months

The tablets are good and definitely worth the price
