Genuine Vitamin Deficiencies
As a Medical Biochemist, I am fully aware that the vast majority of people do not need to take vitamins. However, there are reasons when our bodies do need extra help. I correctly had my GP test my levels and found out what exactly I was short off. Two reasons contribute to my problem .... Three years of serious dieting and subsequently my daily calorie allowance to maintain my weight in Normal Range is only 875 calories (I am under 5' tall). Three months on this supplement saw my blood test results back into acceptable range. Could I tell the difference? Heck YES! My energy levels are so much better. My nails, hair, and skin are considerably improved.

Big tablets!!!
These tablets are big. So if you don’t like digesting big tablets, don’t go for these. I haven’t been taking them long enough to see any difference, but definitely a thought consideration if you want something a little more compact!

My hair grew back!
I started taking these as inwas having skin and scalp issues and nothing my doctor prescribed was helping. My skin and scalp were so dry and my hair was falling out, my hairline had receded a full inch and was patchy along my parting as well as generally thinning all over. Some of this could be accounted for by hypothyroidism but I have been on levothyroxin for years and the issues I described were comparatively recent and worsening. I tried all sorts of vitamins and supplements as well as dietary changes and hair/skin care products... this multivitamin is the only thing that has worked. I still have a dry scalp but my hair has grown back and is in a much better condition. I used to cry when I looked in the mirror and wonder if I would need to start wearing a wig or a head scarf at some point but this vitamin as reversed so much damage and made me feel so much better about my appearance. If you are having issues with hair loss and there is no medical explanation, then I would definitely recommend this product!
