Hi. Does the stevie erythritol blend come in powdered/icing sized grains ? Or does it dissolve fully when doing cold desserts eg. no grainy icicng

I've used this to bake and make frozen yoghurt with no apparent graininess. It is light in texture.

Does this give your bakes the cooling after taste?

I’ve used this a number of times and not had the cooling (almost minty) after taste. I also had good results with this company brand pure Erythritol. I’ve used it for brownies (made with ground almonds) even a caramel and it has come out perfect)

What are the proportions stevia/ erythritol? Is it 50% 50%?

The 1:1 reference on the pack (if that’s what the other respondent is referring to) is how much of this to use compared to sugar. So 1 teaspoon of this is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar . The ratio in most other erythritol /stevia blends is actually about 3:1 (75% erythritol/25% stevia) I would imagine this to be similar.

Does this dissolve good in a microwaved poridge, chilled desert or baked goods? Are the granules like the leading brands such as Natvia and Truvia?

It's quite smooth and dissolves easy.How ever I have only used for baking.
