Would you be able to tell what the product is from the packaging or is it discreet?

Like everything I get from Amazon it comes in a plain brown box. So no, the postie won't know. Inside however there is the product packaging which contains some samples of lubricant and the "beauty" itself, also a dvd which is not really necessary, the instructions are quite clear, so if you want to be discreet just open the plain package in private. Good luck!

what diamater is the smallest size please

the smallest is 15mm, then 25mm, 30mm and 40 mm. all are approximate measured near the front

How do I open the dilators? I have tried unscrewing but I can't seem to open them (not the storage box, the dilator they are all in)

the little lid on the big one is pull off, they all have screw threads but are very tight. once I got mine open I keep them all separate as they are very hard to open! the case is also hard to open, I never fully close that either! I keep it unclicked in the cardboard box. FYI..I didn't find them very helpful and no longer use them... hope this helps L
