Great service and product
I bought this to replace a damaged box, it was ideal to store the charm bracelet. The box is an original pandora box and is very sturdy. The item arrived next day and was excellent value for money

I received my original order which was a pandora bracelet
I originally purchased z pandora bracelet. The bracelet was nice but the presentation box was cheap and nasty. I ended up purchasing a proper pandora presentation box which I was delighted with.

As expected! Good clean nice box for the loose Pandora's you buy with boxes.
This is exactly what I expected, no surprises, It looses one star as the price for an empty box could definitely be cheaper, also the fact that Pandora does not offer these boxes on some of their stuff is unfair. Overall the box itself is good.

Gift box grabbing
It was what it said it was a pandora gift box, but I considered it too expensive at just short of £10. If I hadn't needed it for a Christmas gift I wouldn't have bought it. If I bought a pandora charm in the shop I would have been given a gift box for free.

I am so happy they sell these. Got a Pandora charm but it had no box. The box finishes it off and it looks lovely. You could cheat and put non- Pandora charms in it... whatever - it makes the gift look finished off.

Save your money. Go to a Pandora store.
This pandora box was meant to be for my girlfriends 21st Birthday. I've worked overtime in preperation for her birthday and i picked out a lovely pair of pandora ear rings which didn't come with the box. Now, I ordered this and it arrived this morning. It came in a sandwich resealable bag and very little protection. When i opened the box, there was no Velvet or anything in so i could present the ear rings. I wish this was the worst part, but no, the box itself was scuffed and damaged. Now maybe this is my fault for leaving it late, but I won't get another box in time for my girlfriends 21st present. Something i've spent many many hours researching the right ear rings, all for it to be ruined by a terrible quality, badly packaged Pandora box.
