I bought these biotin supplements after they were recommended by my hair dresser. I have an underactive thyroid and as a result my hair snaps and breaks and sheds and sometimes it's very coarse and dull and it's very noticeable as I have long hair. I have now been taking them for 3 months (I wanted to allow sufficient time to see results before reviewing) and I can say in the first few days I noticed my nails were stronger and harder. I have noticed my hair shedding is a lot less especially when I wash it no dead rat in the plug hole! I have also noticed on a day to day basis less hair comes out in the brush and the breakage is a lot less. I have noticed my hair feels softer and its shinier and looks a lot healthier than it did. My hairdresser said my hair felt stronger, so that's a good sign too. I have had a slight breakout of spots a few weeks in to taking the biotin but it was only a few spots and they cleared quickly so if you do experience this persevere because mine cleared with 4-5 days and I think it's just your body adjusting to the oils from the biotin. One point to note this is not a miracle cure for hair loss, yes it helps but you need to allow several months before you may see a difference, also note the state of your health will have some impact on how quickly you see results as I have recently had surgery and my immune system is quite low so I have had the cough & cold bug going around and I have noticed as a result some of my nails feel weaker again and have snapped, hopefully once I'm over this and my health improves I hope the biotin will help to strengthen my nails again. I think if your health is poor when you start taking these supplements you will take longer to see the results. I have noticed my skin has felt softer, but it's still quite dry, hopefully this will improve. I started taking these tablets on the 13 January this year and decided to write a review now because, let's face it, it takes time for them to work. I bought this product specifically for my hair loss problem. My skin and nails have always been good but my hair was always fine at best. When I ws younger I got away with a good haircut and a great hairdresser but in my fifties the problem became, how shall I put this, the big white elephant in the room everyone keeps ignoring. My scalp showed through my hair and although a comprehensive blood test (4 pages long) showed I was in excellent health it could not pinpoint the cause of my problem. The conclusion was that it was something genetic and very little could be done. This product was my last straw before buying a wig. It is now March and hair loss has stopped to what is considered the norm. I can see small hairs growing at the hairline but the real ray of hope was the feel of thicker hair when I washed it. I also noticed that my parting was filling up and although my hair isf not exactly advertisement material Biotin Hair Growth had done where other nutrients failed. Hair has a 3 month growth cycle so you must be patient that is why I am writing my review now. Don't expect great changes in the first few weeks. Of course I realise each case has to be taken on it's own merits but considering where I was and where I am now is nothing short of miraculous. As far as I can tell there are no side effects. So whether you want your hair to grow faster or to give it that extra boost or are an extreme case like me Biotin Hair Growth Supplement is worth a shot. It's working for me and I was a lost cause. Even more so because I could not really blame my problem on anything specific like an underactive thyroid. I strongly recommend it to anyone who has hair issues. It's well worth the price. I have trichotillomaia and I am susceptible to pulling. However after several breakdowns have overcome the pulling and have been able to stop but despite stopping I had yet to see results from not pulling which I didn’t. I soon came to find out I had several deficiencies and these vitamins did help grow hair but when I say that this Biotin in a week has done more for me than those vitamins have in 2 months. I can say that I feel hair under my thin layer of hair. Honestly speaking my hair feels like a coconut head with mini hair, places I used to feel scalp feel textured because of small hairs growing. Maybe it’s several other factors but I have seen a significant improvement in a week. Not crazy thick hair like a wig but small bum fluff hairs :) before this my hair would fall out all I could see around my house was hair. My hair. Now I barely see hair and I feel my hair growing. I recommend this but I still have to see how it goes. It has just been a week. Also I did experience one breakout which was dangerous and am seeing several breakouts pending I hope to fix those with face masks. :)

I purchased these in April this year and purposely left my review for a while to allow a long enough period of time for the verdict. The dosage is just one per day...I have religiously taken one a day, every day and still do. Why? Because these are the only product I have used that actually, genuinely makes a difference. I was having thinnning of the hair at the front and was losing so much hair it was getting very scary as it was happening for many, many months! I tried several things to no effect but after reading the reviews for this and being desperate, I gave them a try. It was the best decision I have ever made as my hair feels healthier, thicker (especially at the problem front areas) and the hair loss has reduced so much I am now more confident as to me...how my hair is, affects my confidence...my husband used to comment always how he constantly finds so much of my hair in the home and in his car? Not any more. During this period of use, I occasionally do lose hair but I believe it is the natural cycle of hair loss we all apparently have...but it is nowhere near the amount I was losing. Also my hair has grown in length too...it is the longest it has been and could be why I lose that small amount at time...it needs a trim 😀 It is supposed to work with nails to, of which I cannot comment on due to the fact that as my nails were so poor, my daughter paid for nail tips (French nail manicure) in June for my birthday and although I only had them for a few weeks, after I had them removed (didn't want the cost of constantly having them refilled!) to see how they grow naturally, they keep splitting and breaking; I believe this is down to the nail bed being filed and not due to this product so I am now starting to notice an improvement and hoping it continues. If I remember, I will update my review regards nail growth. So ladies, I guess it could depend on the individual person but I strongly believe these are definitely worth a go and I strongly recommend. I intend to continue for as long as my hair continues to behave!

So, I first bought this product a few months back (January 2016), after having read a whole long list of reviews, praising it to high heaven, "Does exactly what it says on the tin!" all that stuff... and I started taking it, religiously, one a day.... and I waited. And I waited. And my nails were still flaky, thin, bendy, brittle and breaking at every single slight mishap. I read more information on line, and found somewhere, several people who recommended taking up to 5 tablets in one day.... so I began doing that.... No adverse side-effects, nothing to indicate any contra-conditions... doing ok.... and still, my nails were flaking and breaking, and I thought, "God what a waste of money this has been!" But I also read somewhere else that nails can take anything up to 4 months+ to grow from the nail-bed (cuticle) down to the tip, so, I chose to persevere, because frankly, the nails which were still flaking, breaking and brittle, were there (so to speak) before I began taking this product. I also have to confess that I bought another brand (same strength) after I finished the first pot.... And now.,,,,? Well here we are in August 2016, and as they say in modern parlance, it's "Totes amaze-balls". My nails are incredible. They're strong, rigid, even and long. They're longer than they've ever been. I joked with a friend of mine that I noticed how strong they were when I opened a tin of beans with my thumb-nail - ok, I'm exaggerating, but honestly? The difference is astounding. The key word therefore, is PERSEVERE. My colleagues all admire my nails. They think they're elegant and very feminine (which is fortunate, as I'm a lady!) They all have lovely nails too. These fashionable acrylic ones with gel nail varnish. The ones that cost you a small fortune to apply, then need 'building up' every few weeks, which costs more money.... These tablets seem like an expensive outlay, but people, trust me. They're worth their weight in gold, and so much better than 'falsies'! I now file my nails regularly to get rid of any sharp burrs, but don't have to worry about chipping, flaking, snapping breaking or snagging. Where previously doing some things would have made me groan in disappointment and frustration because, "damn! I've broken a nail opening this drawer!" now, any risky moves, I check my nail and good grief, it's still all there! unblemished, whole and lookin' gooood!! Brilliant product. But persevere. Wait. Be patient. Treat your nails well, keep them short and trimmed and one day, you'll suddenly realise how fabulous your nails finally are!

I have used this for months and while it seems to be a decent supplement, I didn’t see dramatic results. The micro tablets are easy to swallow, and the 365 tablets provide good value for the price. I did notice some improvement in my nail strength and slight hair growth, but the changes were quite gradual and not as noticeable as I had hoped. It took a few weeks to start seeing any differences, so I think this supplement works, but it may require a bit more patience than other supplements I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a solid biotin option, but the results weren’t as immediate or dramatic as I expected. It’s a decent, affordable choice if you’re looking for a gradual improvement.

Bought by this lady, in late forties, to help with deficiency - brittle crumbly hair...and can see a big difference in regrow from the roots in 6 months. Update at 12 months on, I will keep taking as I now have a fairly full and respectable bob! I have a lot of regrow that gives significant volume on top which is good, never had that before, looks like I’ve got a layer cut in. I will say my finger and toe nails continue to be outstanding with this product - particularly pleased at the improvement in my nail quality (less breakage, less ridges). And 12 months on improved density, fairly smooth now and need cut every 2 weeks as I like finger and toe nails short). It really helped with growing out toenail damage to big toes (wore tight high heeled court shoes for too many years and nail started to slowly delaminate - thought it was a fungus at first but when over the counter treatments did nothing saw a chiropodist who said wear trainers for a year or so, or go bare foot and it will grow out). Took a long time for one of the big toe nails to grow back over 18-24 months as damage was all the way down the outside - almost no progress until I started supplementing - but its grown back to being attached to my foot! Phew! VERY PLEASED with this product! I now bare my toes in summer! I must caveat that I did started taking this at same time as the Collagen Powder from Wellgard - I put it in my Littles Colombian instant coffee in the morning which someone recommended to help with taste - it works really well to! Still continue to take this supplement, as it is another building block.

so far so remarkable...ive had fine hair all of my life and people dont realise how miserable it can be..but nothing prepared me for such rapid hair loss over the last 6 months..to the point where my partner described my hair as "old lady hair" and my kids frequently complained about hair in their food and the plug hole neeing to be cleaned frequently. i was horribly upset about it but thought it was just part of getting older (im 42)..id tried nourkin in the past and although the condition of my hair improved where it was shinier, i didnt see any new hair growth and it took a long time to see the results and it was too expensive to maintain. i was looking at buying some again when i stumbled across biotin. i couldnt believe the photos and the results people were getting (i know i sound like an info mercial here but stay with me 😀) and at a fraction of the price of nourkin i thought i couldnt lose. i was very wary of the reports of acne and invested in some quality skin care products to counteract any breakouts prior to use. ive been using the tablets for just over 2 weeks and i concur with many of the reviews on here..ive never had any supplement that has provided such rapid results before and im really pleased i took a photo of my hair the day before starting to use them as im blown away. although ive always had nice lashes theyve gone nuts..theyre fuller,longer and glossier. my nails are stronger but ive also started taking flax seed twice a day which may have helped..my eye brows were patchy and theyre starting to fill in nicely..my hair looks much healthier and the shedding has stopped completly and i cant wait to see what i will look like in 6 weeks. ill probably look like a wookie..i did get some break outs but ive adjusted my cleansing routine and have used sudacream on breakouts and this has helped and my skin looks great due to the added care and attention..i do get a dry mouth whilst im on these and im trying to keep up with my water intake..ive attached photos..the first was take on the 26.07.16 and i was shocked at the thin state of my hair (i cried when i saw how patchy it had become) as i hadnt ever taken a photo before..the 2nd taken on the 09.08.16. after 2 weeks of taking them..just buy it as its a remarkable product.

Me lo compré por problemas con mis uñas, las tenía como si fueran de papel, incluso la uña del dedo gordo la tenía como separada en dos desde la raíz, al principio pensé que no hacía nada, tengo que decir que despues de 6 meses tengo las uñas durisimas y aunque parecía imposible la que tenía rota desde la raíz está perfecta. Lo que no he comentado es que incluso me lo miró mi médico y me dijo que la uña estaba rota desde la raíz y no se podía hacer nada. El pelo también me ha mejorado, aunque tengo que decir que no tengo ningún problema ya que lo tengo rizado, mucho y muy grueso, pero ahora se ve muy sano y mas bonito. Solo puedo decir que a mi personalmente es imposible que me fuera mejor, sinceramente parece increíble, pero es totalmente cierto

Ich nehme diese Tabletten jetzt seit 2 Monaten und konnte einige Verbesserungen feststellen: Mit knapp 50 Jahren ist mein Haar etwas lichter geworden und speziell die "Geheimratsecken" sind mir in letzter Zeit aufgefallen. Ich habe hier bei Amazon ein wenig gestöbert, was es alles gibt um den Haarwuchs anzuregen und habe mich zum einen der Einfachheit halber und auch vom Preis her für diese Tabletten entschieden. Nach ca. 2 Wochen waren schon 2-3 cm lange Haar"büschel" an den Geheimratsecken sichtbar. Was sonst noch so nachgewachsen ist, kann ich nicht sagen, ich werde meine Friseurin beim nächsten Besuch fragen, ob sie eine Veränderung feststellt. Ich selbst kann keine Veränderung erkennen, weil ich Extensions trage, da hat man eh dicke, lange Haare :-) Dann ist mir nach einem Monat Einnahme aufgefallen, dass meine Wimpern auf einmal länger geworden sind. Ich habe noch nie wirklich schöne Wimpern gehabt, immer gab es kleine Lücken zwischendrin und tuschen muss ich eh immer, damit man überhaupt ein bisschen was sieht. Aber jetzt sind sie alle schön gleichmäßig lang und dicht. Toll! Ein weiteres Problem sind meine Fingernägel. Ich habe sehr rillige Nägel, die auch leicht brechen. Dass sie fester geworden sind, das habe ich schon nach relativ kurzer Zeit bemerkt, aber nun ist mir noch etwas aufgefallen: die Rillen scheinen sich aufzulösen. Zwischen den Rillen entstehen "Lücken" in regelmäßigen Abständen und diese Lücken werden ganz langsam immer größer. Beim Drüberstreichen erscheinen mir die Nägel auch schon glatter. Die ganz fiesen Rillen sind noch vollständig da, aber die anderen gehen langsam weg. Ob sie sich komplett zurück bilden? Ich bin gespannt. Nach nur 2 Monaten Einnahme schon so tolle Ergebnisse zu erhalten, finde ich beeindruckend. Ich werde die Tabletten auf jeden Fall weiter einnehmen und abwarten. Gerne vervollständige ich meine Bewertung zu gegebener Zeit. Da auch die Einnahme sehr einfach ist, da es sich um eine kleine Tablette handelt, ich keinerlei Magenprobleme etc bekommen habe, empfehle ich dieses Produkt gerne mit 5 Sternen weiter!

Es ist noch nicht mal eine Woche her und ich bin bereits sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Seit einigen Monaten machte mir ein verstärkter Haarausfall sorgen und deshalb habe ich beschlossen etwas dagegen zu unternehmen und bin auf das Biotin Haarwuchsmittel gestoßen. Die Lieferung ging schnell, die Tabletten sind schön klein, also einfach zum Frühstück kurz einzunehmen und die Verpackung ist auch kleiner als ich gedacht hätte. Der Jahresvorrat ist ebenfalls praktisch, da man dann nicht ständig nachbestellen muss. Ich sitze ziemlich viel vor dem PC an einem weißen Tisch und meine Haare sind eher dunkel, so dass ich einen ganz guten Überblick habe, wie viele Haare ich im Verlauf des Tages so verliere und nicht einmal eine Woche hat es gedauert und es liegen schon deutlich weniger Haare vor meiner Tastatur herum. Also die Wirkung dieses Produkts steht für mich bereits jetzt außer Frage. Über die Schnelligkeit des Haarwuchses oder ein vermehrtes Wachstum kann ich jetzt noch keine Aussagen machen, aber darüber werde ich bei Gelegenheit noch berichten. Nebenwirkungen konnte ich bisher absolut keine feststellen. Dritte Woche: Also eine leicht kahle Stelle am Hinterkopf ist etwas kleiner geworden. Meine Fingernägel wachsen schneller als sonst und fühlen sich kräftiger an. Zweiter und letzter Nachtrag: Ich nehme die Tabletten jetzt bald seit zwei Monaten. Die etwas lichte Stelle an meinem Hinterkopf ist um so circa 40-50% zurückgegangen, würde ich jetzt mal so grob schätzen. Meine Haare wachsen etwas schneller würde ich sagen, aber von einem direkten Spriesen würde ich jetzt nicht reden. So von meiner sonstigen Körperbehaarung würde ich schon behaupten, dass meine Haare vermehrt wachsen, was mich jetzt nicht sonderlich stört, aber für Frauen ist das vielleicht etwas ärgerlich. Auf jeden Fall fallen die Haare deutlich weniger aus. Meine Fingernägel wachsen ebenfalls nach wie vor relativ schnell und fühlen sich kräftig an. Also ich werde auf jeden Fall bei den Tabletten bleiben, wirklich verzichten will ich darauf nicht mehr. Ich denke für das Geld macht man keinen Fehler, wenn man es einfach ausprobiert.
