Does this pen bleed through a notebook page

A little. I use a Leuchturm1917 book, which is pretty good quality paper and you can see the writing on the other side when you use the pen.

I have a piece of artwork in acrylic paint. I need to outline it. Will this pen be suitable?

I wouldn't advise using this as an outliner. You'll probably be better off with a sharpie for that.

Hello. Can you tell me if this a Tombow is waterproof please. Thank you.

This can be blended with water but is not water proof but it is an actual pen on both sides

Is this brush pen recommended for Modern Calligraphy?

This is great for brush lettering, it has a flexible nib so easy to do a light thin upstroke and a thicker downstroke. I’m not a calligrapher so unsure what other needs there maybe. The tomboy fudenosuke is also a great pen for lettering if you want smaller letters.
