How big is the butterfly, what's its wing span?

3 1/4 cm in wingspan just over 2 1/2 cm tall

Have you tried it on card?

I found it works better on thin card ( 170g). When i used paper it got jammed a few times.

is it hard to press? i have other one different and my hand is very sore for the force i need to press

Although quite hard to press, I find it fine for general use,

Can you change the punches

Yes you just slide the yellow slider at the back and then u can punch out 3 butterflies and you can layer them or use them individually
