I like sorghum flour and can't always find it locally at a decent price.

I use this flour along with brown rice and tapioca in a gluten free flour blend. This brand works well and is less expensive than the larger brands.

This product is not good if your celiac or gluten intolerant… it states that it’s gluten free friendly on Amazon but it is also processed on the same machine as wheat! I would never have bought had i known as I am celiac I won’t be buying again ☹️ false avertissement! Being ceiliac is no joke! This will make pple sick!!
