This was exactly as described and installed it really did the trick. It's a simple mechanical piece that seems to be made of decent material so I suspect nothing can really go wrong with it. Wish I'd gotten two, actually. The only thing that one must be careful with is the measurement of the hole you need to insert it through. I assumed (yeah, I know), that they were standard from crock to jar, etc. It was a bit too big for my jar opening, but it was such a nice little spigot I was determined to figure it out, so got the dremel out and just made the hole a little bigger- voila. Works like a charm even though when I enlarged the glass opening it was slightly out of round. The gaskets are pliable enough, yet strong and large enough to cover any area that is slightly off. the BEST part about this purchase is that the company actually followed up on whether or not it I had received it and if it was working out for me. YAY for HUMAN CONTACT! I'll always be behind a company that doesn't forget that business is built on relationships. BRAVO, PANABAYCO!

As you can see from my picture, this spigot looks and works great. It was difficult for me to attach the included washers to our ice tea jar. They are a little too stiff as the jar was leaking. I replaced the outside washer with a flat neoprene washer and no steel washer but used one each of the included washers on the inside. So far so good, it not leaking at all. This one replaces a plastic spigot which started leaking when I cleaned the jar. Overall we are quite satisfied with our purchase.

This spout is a beast! When taking out of the packaging, yes there’s not much directions to go by, But it’s easy to figure out what goes where once everything is lay out. Once on, This spout is amazing! No leaks, the spout actually feels more stronger and better quality than my glass pitcher now. Had to snug it against the glass very gently since this is well made and very strong, didn’t want to crack the glass Overall, I would highly recommend! If looking for a better replacement spout

First off, this is a great replacement spigot! I knocked off one star because the filter is useless for kombucha brewing. I have a continuous brew system, and the original spigot was narrow, and clogged all the time. Even after cleaning it the best I could get was a slow trickle. This new spigot dispenses fast..... Like a tall glass in a few seconds. After one day though, the stream had swindled and was going sideways... I pulled the filter off and cleaned it off... Even after cleaning though, it is still slower than it was originally. I ended up just removing the filter completely, and it works like a charm. The channel is nice and large, so I don't think it will clog very quickly at all. And I'm thinking cleaning it should be a breeze. Is very sturdy and well made. Not sure what the screen would be good for, since it clogged so quickly with the kombucha yeast.

Excellent quality! Easy to install and the flow rate is far superior to the plastic ones it replaced. I bought these because of the screen filter because I love to do sun teas and was tired of the loose herbs getting stuck in the former plastic spouts. With these new metal ones, I won't have that issue. Highly Recommend! Will buy again if I need to!

It’s working well so far. Closes tightly, stainless has not smell or taste, unlike their plastic counterparts. Thanks goodness. We replaced a leaky plastic one with another other and wow that was awful.

I'm very happy with this stainless steel spigot replacement over the cheap plastic spigot that comes with my glass iced tea container. The plastic spigot started leaking so I replaced with this stainless steel one that was easy to install, doesn't leak, holds a leakproof seal, and has a nice easy to operate quarter turn valve. Definitely an upgrade over the cheap plastic spigot that comes with the container.

Love the look and durability of this spigot. Researched many options before deciding on this particular model. Deciding factor was the screen filter add on which proved very useful in eliminating clogging concerns from addition of cloves and pulp from lemon slices used in our drink mixture. Used this with a 2 1/2 gallon glass drink dispenser for my son’s outdoor wedding and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Great tap. Works well, no leaking. I have bought the exact same one from another store before for 4x the price. This one is excellent and well priced.

Bought this to replace the terrible plastic spigot on my 10L Stefani ceramic water filter. Good fit, no leaks so far and the water flow is excellent. Much better that the plastic ones Bunnings sells for $15.
