Works very well!
This was a Christmas gift. I was a little worried about quality. Reviews were good. Gave it a chance. Packages very well. Easy to assemble. Make sure you read instructions on operations. Of course takes getting used to but flies very well. Has a low and higher speed. Altitude limit is a nice feature. Batteries lasts us about 10 min. Comes with two batteries. I did purchase the warranty for $3-4 in case. Takes a beating. You will need a ladder and long pole to get out of trees and off roofs!

Very Flimsy broke on the 2nd day 😡
I liked how it flapped it's wings but it takes a lot of practice and should not be used for under 10 year olds because it takes a lot of practice to fly really good and when I flew it, it just kept hitting the cement and the road for beginngers fly on the grass and it also broke on the 2nd day not very strong.

Awesome
This thing is cool once you figure out the controls sometimes it's difficult to fly around and maneuver. But it's pretty fun to play with my son loved it.

Fun Toy But Not Without Issues
This RC Avatar is overall a fun toy, however, there is a bit of a learning curve with understanding how to assemble and fly it. I’d recommend a wide open grassy space to practice first because it can easily get caught high in trees or on rooftops. We had some difficulty controlling it at first, but soon figured out that the wings, which require some assembly that wasn't mentioned in the instructions, weren't attached in exactly the same manner. We didn't initially push one wing in as far as the other (just a fraction of an inch), which made a huge difference in controlling flight. My children became frustrated pretty easily when it was difficult to control at first and were losing interest. Also, even a very slight wind will complicate things. There was a problem with the "Height Limit Mode" (green) which supposedly limits flying height to 10', but it approached 25'-30' altitude easily, almost getting stuck high in a tree. The battery is advertised to last 8 minutes, but we were lucky to get 4 or 5 minutes of flying time. Also, it's supposed to warn you when the battery is getting low, but ours went low, lost control, and flew hundreds of feet and landed two houses away before we got a low battery warning. Despite these issues, it's a fun and realistic looking toy that my kids (8, 10, and 12 year olds) had fun with once we got the hang of it, and I'm sure the neighbors were wondering about the bizarre creature flying through their yard!
