Amazing
This book is for people who are not able to articulate their point of view due to anger issues or impulsive reactors. Being a person with impulsive reactions and anger I somehow ended at the wrong side even when I was right just because of the way I react.

A must read nonfiction
Since the establishment of a Bhuddist monastery in Shaolin, China by the Indian monk Bodhidharma, the art of Shaolin Kung fu has been perfected there. But ‘Shaolin’ isn’t only about physical self defence, the monks have also mastered the power of mind and thoughts. In the book ‘Shaolin- How to fight without fighting’ the author Bernard Most, a Shaolin instructor reveals the Shaolin principles of mind power in 13 concise chapters. Each chapter is specifically designed to address one significant change/ learning mechanism substantiated with realtime stories and self evaluation exercises to make simple the task. There are chapters on self-development, One book cannot by sure change your life, but if followed, they sure bring about a positive change in the way you live. To sum it up, it is a great nonfiction read you shouldn’t miss.
