Great intermediate level cutting tool. Think of them as light duty tin snips. Keep that in mind and you’ll like them as well They are not good general purpose scissors. Cutting across a piece of paper like you would with a 8” pair of Fiskars scissors is easier and smoother. These are for cutting through something. Great electrical scissors with the circular shear section. With practice they strip wire. They are not a substitute for a pair of wire cutters. They will hold up better at that task. The holder clips into an open tool bag well.

I never thought I would use these so much. My nephew gifted me his retired pair and I loved them so much I purchased a new pair for myself. I carry them in my pouch and use them daily for stripping wire, cutting wire, cutting paper, and opening those pesky theft proof vacuum packed packages that normally are a struggle with a utility knife. Do yourself a favor and buy them. You will be wondering what took you so long!

These are hands down the best wire strippers, and cutters money can buy. I use these solely for my job now and anyone who is a low-voltage person or an electrician should have a set of these. The holster for your belt comes in super handy so you can keep them on you throughout the day. They are also extremely sharp and can cut through just about anything. You can also get a pair that have crimpers on the inside of the blades if you need that.
