Q: I need it for indoor CCTV. Is it working when is plugged in for charging?

If you want to use indoors suggest you buy one of the indoor range. As I understand it the batteries have to be removed for charging.

Q: What is the range between a H200 hub and a C420 camera? (Please don't give an answer based on an separate router).

I don't know the exact range, but one of mine is about 35 meters from the hub. The app shows it as having "Great" signal strength.

Q: Can you watch recordings continuously

Yes, you can record continuosly. No, you DON'T need to subscribe. By default there is a schedule set that has motion detection recording only set up. If you go into the recording schedule setup page you can click edit then the blue record button and then drag around all the times and days that you want enabling.

Q: Where can I buy more cameras of this type without the added hub as I need 4 cameras?

These makes of camera, TP Link TAPO 2K QHD, do not use or need a hub. They connect wirelessly to your router, and then all (as many as you want) can be viewed via the TP Link TAPO app on your phone, in outstanding quality. By plugging a micro sd card into the side of the camera (say around 32gb or 64gb) you can set each camera to record 24 hours a day if need be, and again "wind back to a certain time" via the TP Link Tapo App.
