No issues after 1 year of daily use
Have been running this air filter in my living room for a year and haven't had any problems. I have it attached to a smart plug so I can easily set a schedule to turn it on during the day or control it remotely and that has worked well for me. I've checked with my particle counter that it improves the air quality as expected.

Love this air purifier for our home. It’s a big unit so we have hidden behind sofa. It works very well in keeping the dust down and air clean. We have a log home and this is perfect for the great room area. Only reason I give it a 4.7 is the size of the unit.

Systemic Problems with the Fan
Buyer beware. Ordered a Blast Mini. Received it and fan did not work at all. Made a horrible sound on start up and then stopped all together. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. Plugged it right in and the fan sounds out of balance and like it's going to come off. Very loud. Twice was enough and we are done with this product.

Scary noise
Both of my units make a scary noise that's louder than the actual fan. It reminds of the sound coming out of high voltage transformers. It doesn't feel very safe.
