Arch support padding must be medium.
Arch Support is minimum. It feels like there is hardly any padding. Thank u.

This thing is amazing!
I didn't realize the difference this would upon research. But, once I put it on I felt my stance instantly change and my support rise. Ironically, I thought maybe I was just wishing it all and haven't worn it for two days and my legs are back to feeling overwhelmed. The only request is for maybe a skin tone one with a thinner patch on top. Also, I am not sure if it is noted but my pair was actually navy blue not black (in case that matters to you). Don't pass up on this great bargain!

Great Support for Flat Feet
I have flat feet that spread out causing constant pain in feet and knees. These arch supports, in combination with my cushioned insoles, have helped tremendously. I can walk comfortably in boots with heels and in my flat boots now. They are excellent quality and wash well. My only complaint is that they are too bulky on top, which can cause pain and numbness on the tops of my feet. I can usually balance this out by wearing light weight socks, but that isn't always enough.

WASTE OF GOOD MONEY AND TIME!!!
This product is a joke. A wide Band-Aid would do more padding than this want a be arch support brace. Not worth sending back, but as a warning to other customers looking for an arch support "PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BY IGNORING THIS PRODUCT. Amazon was out of the brace I wanted but needed something quickly. This was a big disappointment. I have never know Amazon to carry such a worthless product.

Great comfort to foot!
I had my first ball of foot issue, and had NO idea what to do to make it better! A friend of mine went over ball of foot issues, I read up on it, and found this support brace, and I am so Glad I did order it! It works great! I only needed to use one side for now, but it is well worth the money and time to get it!

This did nothing for my plantar fasciitis. Great idea. The little pad of support was sorely (see that pun there?) inadequate.

How about version 2.0? Super wide feet.
It’s a great brace, but just barely makes it around my wide foot. All but impractical.
