Has dangerous seeds that can break your teeth
i bought another brand Bestore which was very good & soft & had no seeds, this one looks like they threw them in the slicer with the seeds on and they are so dried like a rock, if the dryness doesn't break your teeth the tiny little seeds will do. and the taste is not as good as the other one. what i did was i rinsed them with a bit of water spray to make them softer to chew.
