OOLY 133-57, Sparkle Gel Crayons, Set of 12

My 3 year old loves these! The sparkles really come through. She doesn’t push hard so the deep color that comes with just a bit of pressure is perfect. They are oily and can bleed through paper, so we always put a paper towel under the coloring sheet.

I figured these were like fancy crayons, but wow, they are so cool. They colored well and blended really nicely. These are not for detail work, but for broad coloring or backgrounds they would be cool. I blended with both my finger and water. Adding more water makes them blend even nicer (but be careful as that can tear thin paper), I use 100 lb cardstock. I feel these will be a nice addition to the watercolor pencils and drawing pens. They have a neat sheen as well, not sure if you can see it in the photo, but it is there.

These pens are so neat. They look like crayons but the quality is so much better and the shimmer is beautiful! You can smudge the colors with your fingers for a different effect. My daughter loves them, and I wish I had had those kind of pens when I was a kid! Would definitely recommend!

They really are so fun to draw with. Very soft almost like writing with lipstick. They are great for little scribblers and big kids! I have bought them multiple times. They are one of my favorite birthday party gifts too.

These are nice. My 3 year old enjoys them. They produce nice saturated colors without too much pressure. We're using them as crayons. The box says you can add water to create more of a watercolor effect. I would say the only draw back to using them as crayons is that they tend to produce a lot of shavings even with minimal pressure applied.

Perfect for a budding artist! My 5 year old is art obsessed and these were the perfect addition to her craft table. Unique medium and are washable from fabric! Love the shimmer to them!

Our 11 year old granddaughter is a huge fan of these markers! She loves sparkley, colorful pens so these will be a perfect addition to her Easter basket.

These are super fun crayons. Will say maybe for slightly older kids. Bought for my 3 and 5 year old boys and they press hard so it was wearing down super fast. Definitely will buy again in future though.

Its bright and pretty and so lovely to use. My toddles loves it, so do i!

Good for doing painting for children

These have a texture like pastels that are easy for toddlers and young children to use. They are metallic, and maintain that shine when used as watercolours! They've been great for encouraging my son to engage in art projects (he's a more of a builder than an artist) and he's been very creative with them!

We love these! The kids enjoy using them and I like how they glide so easily that even a younger child can get good coverage when using them! I would buy these again.
