I didn't actually use this part.

Didn't even use it. The thermostat came with one even though it wasn't listed in the, "what's in the box" it's a seal, I'm sure it does its job. Can say it was the correct part.

perfect OEM part

great fit right out the wrapper. After removing the old gasket and placing the new one i added coolant and checked fore leaks. since its an OEM gasket there were no leaks as expected.... I would always buy ACDelco oem parts for my 2014 chevy silverado 1500 ltz 4x4... great buy and price
