They work really well for dry mouth
Brilliant if you suffer from dry mouth. I have been using these for several months for dry mouth. I mainly keep them by the bed to moisten mouth during the night. These work really well and as I only use at night they last . Wouldn’t be without them. I tried many different mints and gums before these and found the Spry to be the most effective. Use both mint and berry flavour it’s a matter of individual taste as both work really well. Highly recommend.

probably just another over priced health gimick. They taste ok. Whether it leads to dental prtotection is questionable. Needs more medical evidence I think.
