Slow connection, frequent print error.
I use it for Uber Eats restaurants App with iPad mini 64G, 2019 version. Only one app and only one app connection. However the printer for some reason takes few seconds to start print when I accept the Uber Eats orders. Also many time it print only one (we print 2 as default) instead of two slips. In this case I need to press print button at the app to print the lest of slip and the printer print 3 or 4 slips. Printer itself is fast once it stat but. I think the way to connect the bluetooth, which is connection and reconnection way slows down and also Uber Eat app does not support fully. Blinking error light for low paper warning is supper annoying. I just fixed the mechanical sensor using duck tape. Lot better. Printing itself is good. No doubt. Good quality and fast. But the bluetooth and lack of other app's supporting make this printer less shinny. By the way, we as a small restaurant owner, do not care all the supporting extra programs such as cloud services and PromoPRNT etc. I just need to put simple custom message on my end. I email then about it and weeks later got back email saying "refer to ALEX" something like that. Just one or two sentence and I don't know who ALEX (not the same name) is. Anyone can help me to put a simple custom message to our receipt paper? Thanks.

Used it for two hours and quit working

Quit working, seller not responding to item returned.
Quit after 1 month of usage. Could connect to it but refused to print. Randomly printed sometimes. Seller approved return, item was delivered but seller has not provided any updates or refund. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Thermal Receipt Printer, but mehhh
I bought this printer for DoorDash usage a few months ago and to this day, it's still been fine (7months ago). The printer was easy to setup and use and the print quality is as good as the ones ZBS POS provided. However, Bluetooth is VERY VERY WONKY and may or may not work depending on the day. I have figured out a way to get it to work better by resetting it over and over again 10 times and now it hasn't screwed up, but bluetooth will still be hit or miss sometimes, and you just have to live with it like that.
