Half of the Things from the Box are Missing
I got the desktop today and itโs missing the stand and the cords that supposed to come with it. I looked everywhere in the box and the items that supposed to come with it are missing. I am so disappointed. I paid so much money for it and the value for money itโs not there. The desktop itโs not going to be sturdy without the stand.

Great monitor!
Really satisfied with the quality and is the same as what I would otherwise find in Apple Store but at a much cheaper price. Same picture quality, brightness and everything. Only downside is that it doesn't come with a thunderbolt port and you gotta buy your own but third party ones are cheap as well. Overall a really great product!

27โ Apple Display not working after only 8 months! - DO NOT BUY!
Bought this monitor 12/20/25; it stopped working on August 1, 2026. The MacMini that it was hooked up to is new. Took it to the Apple Store with all the pieces and miraculously it worked. Returned home it worked once, then no more. I have tried every hookup combination in different locations and the problem is obviously the monitor. My daughter got a new MacMini at the same time I did but chose a Ben-Q monitor instead for almost half the money and her display is working beautifully. I have an e-mail request into the company requesting a return and refund and I will update this post with the result. But so far I would definitely recommend against purchasing the โrenewedโ 27โ Apple Display from them. Update: contacted the seller through Amazon and they refused to make restitution, as though it was reasonable for a $1200 monitor to last 8 months. Amazon has offered refund so I am relieved and can now get a replacement monitor - will go with the new Ben-Q.

Total junk. No quality control.
Arrived totally dead with scratches all over. Was described as excellent but was totally garbage. Extremely disappointed.
