Great & Easy
I purchased this after my baby had gotten sick and was in the hospital. It's easy and accurate! Results are quick and works for babies to adults. We've had this machine for over a year now and we haven't had one issue. Highly recommended!

Continues heart and O2 readings
One of the best devices available on Amazon. No frills. Used it continuously for three months - readings quite accurate and it shows the continues saturation and heart rate similar to NICU setting.

Good purchase
I purchased this because I am a nurse who cares for complex pediatric patients. Some are tracheostomy and ventilator dependent infants that must travel to all the various physician's appointments necessary when caring for such high risk children. The home carr company has provided a bulky pulse oximeter, of course but I noticed that its battery repeatedly drained long before some of these children were safely back home. The manufacturer of THAT pulse oximeter was claimed to last a full 2 hours. I timed the battery life with a stopwatch and measured that battery as lasting 2 hours and 52 seconds! That was totally unacceptable and I therefore purchased this pulse oximeter as a backup. I tested this pulse oximeter against the larger name brand pulse oximeter by measuring separate digits simultaneously. This pulse oximeter read exactly the same as the larger one. This is small enough and lightweight enough that it easily slips into a backpack or other bag you will be taking with the child anyway. I take extra batteries in case these become depleted in use (which they have never done) and I will only have to put fresh batteries in it and there is practically no down time. No waiting while you recharge reusable batteries. The device feels a little flimsy, but I have found it durable thus far. Would definitely recommend this device for anyone requiring a lightweight accurate pulse oximeter.

Accurate, easy to use
Baby just got home from hospital with RSV, and wanted to monitor oxygen levels. I wanted the plug in version, but this one came a week faster which was super important right now. I tried it on myself and it matched my fitbit perfectly. I thought the baby monitor was not working properly, but I saw a spot in the directions that said turn it off and back on again and it worked perfectly. Just put the sensor on before turning on the machine, preferably when baby is sleeping, and all works well. Great piece of mind for next illness! *edited to add...if you're having trouble getting the infant sensor to work, it probably needs a warmer foot. Put it on baby, snuggle awhile with a blanket around foot, then turn machine on.

Very Accurate Pulse/Ox
Compared to another, more main stream brand of pulse/ox sensors, this one worked great for our needs and the price was way more competitive. My wife and I bought it mostly for the infant pulse/ox sensor. Although it isn’t wireless my wife and I used it more for spot checking when our baby daughter’s oxygen levels. We were mostly concerned with her oxygen levels due to a pre-birth diagnosis and this device was spot on with our doctor’s sensors when we brought it in to compare. Another plus is that it doesn’t require WiFi or an App like another brand so we didn’t have to worry about the reliability of those variables. Just had to make sure there were fresh batteries. Also, if we were using at night, the alarm on the devise was plenty loud enough to hear through the baby monitor. Overall I highly recommend this devise if oxygen leve monitoring is important to you and the health or your child or loved one.

it turned off and won’t turn back on
i dont know what’s going but this item starting reading pulse wrong. we connected it to my baby while still at the hospital to compare, make sure it’s not “too off” from hospital grade equipment. it worked well for about 3hrs then it started reading her pulse wrong, kept losing connection and turned it off for the rest of the night. i turned it on again the next evening and had a hard time making it work. it finally gave up and turned off. i got new name brand batteries but it didn’t work and still doesn’t turn on. i do not recommend it. i don’t understand because it’s expensive and has a lot of stars. how’s that even possible?????

Good product
This product is for my son who has to be monitored throughout the night. I've been doing this for a long time and so far this is the one machine that is closest to a proper reading. Sometimes it will start beeping and all you have to do is adjust the strap and there you go. The app for the computer is lovely to use and simple. Also, this is one pulse reader you can actually take to the hospital and they can link their machine to it to check the history.

Solid device for cost
Connection cord is extremely long and the buttons require sustained pressure to respond. Also, you have to turn the beeping off manually every time you use the device. Probably best for an adult clinic. Those with ASD, some disabilities or sleeping/sick children don’t appreciate the loud beeping.
