Good value for DIY
Great price and the functionality is better than expected. The band tension and release is very tight in a good way. I feel confident that the surface is aligned when I apply force at any angle. The angle adjustment is adequate and the motor speed control is surprisingly sensitive. This is great for general purpose. I don't think it is built for someone who is using it everyday in a shop, but good quality for DIY.

High quality tools for an affordable price
Works great no complaints needed it for the 18 inch belt to reach a tight spot and man it surprised me 100% its worth the money all day. Pretty smooth with high quality power on the motor so you can turn it dow or crank up the speed. Ps order more belts as ir comes with 3 but you can not beat the price

Good, inexpensive tool. But belt changing should be easier.
For a very inexpensive power tool, this surpassed my expectations. At least thus far. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I can't speak to overall durability.Pros: It has been a workhorse for me during a deck refinishing project at my house. I've pushed it hard for over an hour at a time and it's held up. The sanding action works well and it gets into so many places my other sanders can't. The belts are relatively inexpensive and if you use the tool correctly, you don't burn many up.Cons: Changing the belt is harder than it should be. Getting the existing belt off is easy. You push in on the end and it clicks in place to relieve the tension so it allows for swapping very easily in that regard. The problem is, it won't pop back out into its normal tension placement. I've tried just about everything. I always end up having to almost fully remove the tensioning adjustment screw (with a Phillips head screwdriver) and then pulling and tweaking the track to get it to finally pop back out. This is a design flaw. Also, the unit will put off a lot of heat as it's running. Can get uncomfortable to handle if you run it for very long.Overall, I don't regret the purchase. I wish it were easier to change the belts, but for the money, it's paid for itself with just this one deck sanding project.

Works well, good value
It's easy to use and works great. Used it to sand off door sides (the wood has expanded over time and the door wouldn't close all the way anymore) and it did the job well (the door now finally closes). It's a bit heavier but okay to use for a bit longer. Noise level is about average. It's definitely right for the price.

Corded version works well. Vented air is hot, but ok
I got the corded version. It is indispensable for sanding my fiberglass boat project. It blows surprisingly hot air out of the motor vents, but keeps running fine

Great finger sander
I never thought about owning one of these, but after purchasing, I found multiple uses for it. I own a few Wen tools now, and they seems to be of decent quality. I've used this finger sander on metal and wood and it's worked perfectly. Being able to adjust the angle helps get into areas that would otherwise be inaccessible. There is a place to attach vacuum, but have not used. Very happy with this sander.

Superb tool for the wood craftsman
This was a great tool to acquire. Among the multiple sanding projects that I use this for is very detailed sanding work. It is a well balanced tool to use one handed in repairing and finishing old wooden handmade porch columns. I am very pleased with this tool and I highly recommend it.

Hope this helps
The tool is probably fine. The included manual talks a lot about a belt tensioning lever, including diagrams. I looked and looked and couldn’t find a lever where Wen said one was located. I finally went to the Internet where I learned that the latest model doesn’t is self-tensioning and doesn’t have a lever. 3 stars because Wen is too cheap/lazy to include an updated manual with the tool.
