Powerful, Stable, and Built Like a Tank
I’ve put real miles on this scooter, and it’s easily one of the most powerful and stable electric scooters I’ve ridden. The dual 6000W motors deliver insane torque and acceleration, especially from a stop. It handles hills effortlessly. The suspension is a standout — the C-shaped absorber combined with the steering damper makes high-speed riding feel controlled and planted. Even at higher speeds, there’s no wobble, which is huge for safety. Battery life is solid. I’m getting close to the advertised range with mixed riding, and charging has been consistent. The 11” tires soak up bumps well, and the overall build quality feels premium and heavy-duty. Definitely not a beginner scooter, but if you’re looking for performance, range, and stability, this is an excellent choice.

The best scooter ever

I'll pass..
Initial review: Good bang for the buck! Plenty of torque and capable of cruising through the mid speed sections of town. I'd recommend a helmet and thoroughly assessing bolt tightness and applying Loctite. I had big time speed wobbles when cruising at anything above 35mph, but was directed to remove the stem and apply Loctite to the bolt that mates the c-fork: no more wobble (cruising 40mph a lot more comfortably). It's sturdy and robust( tank like). Maybe the only complaint would be the headlight in certain areas of my commute it gets really dark at night, and an additional light would be beneficial. Overall, a solid middleweight scooter to commute comfortably with enough power and range to get you there. (Upgraded from Niu 300x) Two days later: now that the union bolt for the c fork to the stem was secure, I was able to ride at speed. Though while admittedly stable now, a new set of issues occurred. The biggest gripe: I only got 18 miles on a full charge. The niu did 24 with A1/4 charge reserve. Major voltage sag after half of the battery was drained and it's a 60v circuit: disappointing. The concerning issue was that now that I was able to go full speed in gear 3, when going at speed and when holding speed a distinctive clunk would occur in the rest motor (I say distinctive because if you've ever experienced it with an electric drive you 3 know what it is). Not certain if its a jack monitor but given the amount of issues I don't want to keep it long enough to find out. Maybe my issues were 1/8, but so far returning the product has been difficult. When raising the concerns to the seller they adamantly try to encourage that you won't get the power at a better price, which may be true but I'd rather purchase reliability and a set up that utilizes power efficiency rather than just all out power. After a week of no return postage or RMA to purchase a label of my own I had to get Amazon involved. Again, just my experience for the purchase and scooter, I hope yours is s better one. Wear a helmet, be safe 🤙🏽

Worked great for 2 days
We used the scooter for two days and 4 rides. Then it quit. It won’t turn on or charge. We weren't able to reach the company to troubleshoot the problem. Since we started the return process they have been communicating with us. 10/30/24 After some communication issues, we have gotten a refund, however, not for the shipping.

Good build quality for the price.
This scooter met and exceeded our expectations. I’m actually planning on ordering a second one next spring. Will be using them to commute to work in order to save money on gas and maintenance on our vehicles since we both live close to work. There was a slight blemish on the metal handlebars where the paint had been scratched down to bare metal. But very easy to touch up with paint to protect the metal. Haven’t figured out how to add the key to my phone but I was still able to get the Bluetooth to work so I’m good with that. Planning on getting the seat end possibly adding a bike trailer attachment to the back so we can pull our dogs bike trailer behind one of the scooters. I like they also sell replacement parts.

Customer service could use work
I bought the Yume X11 and have ridden it a few times over the past three weeks. On my third ride, I noticed a slight wobble and realized the rim was slightly bent but it was only noticeable at higher speeds. I contacted customer service and sent them a video and picture showing the rim on a stool vibrating quite a bit, but they refused to acknowledge that there was a bend. Very unfortunate, as the scooter itself is still very nice. Just disappointed with the customer service response.
