I use one every day for health and stomach benefits. They come in single serve packets, making them easy to use and grab on the go. One a day seems to do the trick. I haven't noticed any appetite suppression, but it does make me feel less bloated. They're a great price for the strength of the a serving. It does have a bit of a taste, which I don't like, so I just use a water enhancer and I don't notice the flavor anymore.

Turns into disgusting, gritty goo if added to liquid and cardboard sawdust if you try swallowing it dry. Whole box wasted because me and my daughter can't get this down.

I looked into a lot of pro/probiotics but the price of some was more than I was willing to pay and then I stumbled onto this gem and I'm so happy I did. Not only have I felt better but I'm not experiencing digestive issues like I did. I add this to my coffee each morning and I don't even taste it. Once I started feeling better I stopped buying this but soon realized this is a necessity daily.

So far I feel like the product itself is working, but there is absolutely zero taste and it does not dissolve well. I even use my hand frother to mix it, and it ends up in clumps on the bottom of the glass. It’s just okay, I won’t order it again.
