Here are some things you need to know:
1) It is recommended to start with the lowest setting for the first wearing, do not adjust it too high or too tight, or even only support and no traction (not inflated). Relying on opening the vertebrae rather than lifting the chin too high to accomplish traction;
2) As shown in the video, make sure the air pump and valve port are connected in place to avoid failure to properly inflate;
3) Adjust after correct wearing. The neck traction device mainly pushes the cervical spine upward by adjusting the knobs on the left and right sides. The traction force of airbag is limited;
3)The pressure on the cervical spine will be evenly distributed to the shoulders, chest and other areas, which will not cause any damage to the body, but it is still recommended to decide the use time according to the actual wearing experience.
